Q: Why is it a bit hard to zip up the pillow cover ? Is it quality issue?

I've bought these type of pillow covers more than 4 times, and they have similar "issues". It's not quality issue I can tell. It's just the cover too thick and a bit fluffy which make the cover hard to be zipped up. But if you follow the right way, you will find it easy. TIP 1: Buy the pillow cover same size as your insert; TIP 2: Check out the image on this boucle link (HOW TO ZIP UP IN A RIGHT WAY), just make sure the zip line is straight while zipping up. Follow this and you will find everything so smooth.

Q: Do you have boucle pillow covers that are softer than this one?

Yes, I just saw they have got a new type of boucle pillow cover which is softer. Two styles (Cream and Black stripe). You can visit DOMVITUS store to check out the new boucle (Called Firenze). I bought two styles and they are really soft.

Q: How many pieces for every pacakge. Does it include inserts?

There is one piece boucle pillow cover in every package without pillow inserts.

Q: Is this available in 24x24” size?

This size can fit 18x18" or 20"x20" max, the 24x24" size would be too big for this cover. Hope it helps. We will add more different sizes for choices in the future.
