Simple and very effective
These things are great. I run mine under my smart car, in a cross pattern. Very sturdy and hold my car cover on. Never even worry about the wind.

Tough, great for windy days
These are such a lifesaver during windy storms. And, while others around me have had their covers stolen, I think the extra step to take the cover off helps deter potential theft. Very secure.

They Work
A pair of these does hold a fitted car cover in place in windy weather. The bungee cords are sufficiently long for any car width. Too wide for my car, I just added a few knots to the cords to shorten them. The plastic clips are easy to attach and tighten but these felt like the weak link and will likely break before the bungees get flaccid. During two windy storms since I installed them, they kept my cover in place but clearly these are not a fix for a generic or poorly fitting car cover.

Works great in in high wind much to my surprise
Clamps work great on existing car cover. Very surprised the two bungee cord held the cover on in very high desert wind.

Good clips for my truck cover, bungees not so good.... they re toast.
Clips are nicely built the bungee cords are already toast inside.. Must be the Florida heat. I need to replace with a ratchet strap or something more resilient to weather and heat.

Excellent for vehicle covers
Item is very sturdy and strong. Works extremely well, through the real windy days, it kept my vehicle cover on. I was very happy. Happy with my purchase!!!

Very good quality, they are heavier than other bungee cords.

Look sturdy and secure
I just put them on for a few days. So far the wind is not too strong. Wait till the wind is stronger, then I can tell if it helps secure the cover. It is easy to install and bungee ropes are thick and strong.
