All Trade Direct 10 Mixed Colour Electrical Insulation Tape 4.5M Professional British Standard

Really well made stretchy, thick & strong with plenty of adhesive electrical tape. All individually wrapped. To be honest I was not expecting it to be as good as it is for the price but this tape is excellent. Alot of people store electrical tape in a cold environment like a shed, which makes electrical tape not work like it should (ie becomes easy to break and not sticky) This tape I received I tested as soon as delivery had been made and so it was cold and not really at a room temperature and it was still really stretchy and sticky, which shows to me how good this tape is. I would recommend this selection of coloured tape to anyone looking for something that does what is says.

Delivery wasn't the fastest but this pack of tape was half the price of an equivalent pack with Prime delivery so I was happy to wait.Across the 10 rolls there were 4 different brands so I thought some rolls may be worst quality than others but they are all equally good.The tape is strong and flexible, not brittle, it's a good thickness and the tackiness is just about right (for me at least). This is a good selection of colours too.For this price it's a good value pack of quality tape.

Normally I buy electrical insulation tape from my local "bargain shop" at around 50p per roll, so these ones at 73p per roll are a bit more expensive; however I bought these from Amazon during the COVID-19 lock-down (shops closed) and there is a good range of colours including a green/yellow striped tape for earth, plus red, black, yellow, grey, white and blue. No complaints, just solid good quality utility tape.

I found that finding the beginning of the tape and peeling it away was difficult. Once started, it would often tear, rather than peeling away neatly. This sometime meant that I had to carefully peel away from a corner and wind around the roll's circumference to get a full width of the tape. It reminded me of cheap cling film, which often gets torn, rather peeling away.My usual tape is thicker, making it easy to find the beginning of and peel off. If you're not fussy about the finish, you can snap the tape to cut it. This tape won't work that way: you need a pair of scissors to cut it or your cut will. be unusable.This all might be ok, if you're working at a relaxed-pace at table but it's not suitable for in-situ projects, e.g., the loft.

Really fast delivery. Based on a number of negative comments left in connection with the product, I was rather worried about what I would get. It turned out to be in vain. The product fully meets the description and I really got the listed colors. Since I have not used isolation tape yet, I can not say if it is sticky enough, but at least it seems at first glance.

I keep buying insulation tape....and being disappointed, usually because it has lousy sticking power or is so thin its almost transparent, but this stuff is good, thick & stays put.Really pleased with it.

Why I bought ten rolls of tape when I only needed one, I do not know. However, now I have ample insulation tape that will last me literally years.The item comes as a sealed unit of ten rolls, and also individually sealed. The tape itself is strong and very adhesive (I've been burnt in the past with cheap tape that refuses to stick to anything!) and the're tape there for all your needs, including correctly colour coding electrical cables or just general taping around the house.A very good purchase at < 80p per roll inc. delivery. Bargain for such a good quality tape.

Firstly, great price for a pack of 10 mixed colour electrical insulation tape. I had looked around at all the alternatives both on here and ebay and eventually settled for this set. I bought the 20m version and I can't see me ever running out of tape, the colours in the picture are as I received. They're great quality, stick well - not the cheap stuff you would pick up in pound shops. If I do ever find that I have run out of this tapeI will certainly be back for more.
