I was teaching my friend how to make breaded chicken fillets and I use a mallet like this to tenderize the chicken. The mallet I have has been with me for years and years, it's something every kitchen should have at default. I went ahead and bought this for a fiver, that's nothing for something my friend will use for years on end now and I'm glad for the price of it.

It's a great tool, it looks good and it's of course easy to use. If you eat meat often, this tool is for you. When I bought it, it was 31cm as it says on the description, so I can't understand the more recent reviews. I definitely recommend it.

This meat tenderiser is not bad. Its easy to use and works well. Its very hard to get meat out of the grooves but that's standard

Good product for the price.Purchased this as I needed a meat hammer and I have to say it does the job.I read a few other reviews which stated it was more like a toy and not good enough for tenderizing meat but I have had no issue with it at all.Either they must be a little weak in the arm or possibly purchasing tough meat :)If you are looking for a cheap meat hammer then look no further.Would have given it a 5 star review but it is only a hammer after all and hard to be blown away by it.

perfect for hitting meat hard!Easy to use, to clean.. what can i say. I recommended if you like to cook for home is perfect.

Works perfect and flattens meat in no time making it tender and juicy. You need to be careful not to hit the meat too hard as this tool will shred the meat. Cleaning is easy but I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher.

Feels like holding a Mjolnir when using this meat tenderizer. Pretty decent for it’s price, I made some cordon bleu using this mighty hammer.
