At first they all sprayed bad I thought I was going to return them, but I noticed they must’ve been shook or dropped during shipping and the spray nozzle wasn’t on the lil “straw” thing that comes out of the can. Once fixed. I am super happy with the flavors and the healthy taste

I won't lie, the flavors are almost a bit too strong, but you can always adjust how much you spray (or if you need more oil spray some neutral oil and a bit of the flavors).The spray nozzle is pretty beefy. Big spray, much impact. I like it a lot better than most of the name brand oil sprays I've used that feel weak and like you gotta spray for 3 seconds to get anything. These are like "PFFT" and your pan is good.I was fearful that the oils (avocado oil being "new" to me) might have an olestra effect, but no negative side effects to report.The killer here though is ugh that price? Basically $10 for a can of spray oil? Is that normal for avocado oil spray? I'll enjoy the heck out of these but probably stick with cheaper sprays just as a cost saver.

These oil sprays add just enough flavor to your dishes. The taste good and I like that you get three different ones to try out and test which you like better.

Each of these varieties has a strong scent to it; that helps with enjoying your food, too, but the transfer of flavor was only to the outside of both meat and veggies that I tested this with. Using the spray feature for the first time was a challenge, to break it open you have to press hard and that released a much larger amount of avocado oil than I expected. The spray itself is more concentrated, too, but I'm finding that to be a problem with such cans in general in the past couple of years. The price is insane for the amount of you get.

First, none of the flavors seem overwhelming to me when using, but offer some additional natural essence or aroma to what I’m making.I am very glad to have such a convenient way to lightly (or heavily) oil my pans, such as my cast iron skillet, when cooking using a non-aerosol and healthy avocado oil-based spray. I appreciate that there’s no additional fake ingredients or propellants, and enjoy knowing that the oil I’m using is not only healthier than many, but also adds an additional, slight extra flavor profile.The first time spraying the oil from each bottle, the button is a bit difficult to push down, but after that first spray, it seems to be easier. I cooked some flour tortilla style breads using these sprays for various ones in the skillet and enjoy the mild extra flavor that it can add. Additionally, because these sprays are so natural, one could even spray a bit over some bread, salad, etc. if desired.Of all of the oils, I think I lean to the garlic infusion most, but the Italian one is the runner up with the chipotle being the most spicy and least of my favorites as I’m not a fan of that spice in general. I like these Chosen Foods Avocado oil sprays and wouldn’t hesitate to get them again. Thanks for reading.

Pretty wild.Chosen Foods was one of the few brands who samples tested as 100% avocado oil, so I've been sticking with it.These are tasty and convenient to use.I make a lot of shish-ka-bobs in my Ninja grill. They only take about 5 minutes, so great fast meal. Once the grill is hot, I spray a little on the grill and a little on each side of the shish-ka-bob. It really helps to not only keep the grill easy to clean, but help flavor the food as well.Definitely recommend.Hope this was helpful.

I have purchased and repurchased the Chosen Foods Avocado Oil from Costco. I love it because it doesn't have any chemical propellants, which allows me to be lazy and spray it directly on whatever veggies I'm roasting that night. Last night I tried Italian Herb. I sprayed it on some broccoli and roasted it like I would with the regular kind and they came out really good. I also used the Garlic one to spray a casserole dish while also adding a little flavor to the casserole I was making. I am looking forward to using the Chipotle one next!These are pricy for their size, but avocado oil is a much healthier alternative to other cooking oils/sprays, and Chosen Foods makes a great one.
