Are these easy to change by yourself?

I bought them for my disabled daughter but I put them on for her as she is unable to do anything for herself. I don't know if they would be easy enough to put on yourself as they are not pull ups

Hello 1 single pack would come in a plain Grey Bag with no company markings on it whatsoever. If you purchased 3 packs these come in a Box with only SL-PL-M on the outside and a barcode. A pack is approximately 40cm wide by 20cm deep and 30cm high. I hope this helps. Kind regard Chris
