Nice but are the cubes safe?
The cubes are loose inside a cardboard box- there is no inner sealed bag to keep the sugar safe from contamination or keep them dry.This didn’t appear to have affected the taste which is excellent and represents good value for money.

Great Sugar… Terrible Packaging
Before I had even opened the mail bag sugar was leaking everywhere…I opened the package and the box was split open and the sugar cubes were just floating around loose in the mail bag.This would be such an easy fix… if the box was just lined with a paper bag and a small piece of tape then there wouldn’t have been an issue.The packaging issue aside, this sugar is great! They a rough cubes but all similar in size and shape and as you can see from the photos they also look great in the glass canisters I have.They taste great in a coffee and I also plan to use them in cocktails in the future. They are also pretty good value for money in my opinion, the canister in the photos is 1.2L capacity and I could easily fill it again!Although the packaging issues were a pain I’m still pleased with my purchase and would probably buy them again.
