They seem to be very durable and work well with the ball machine.

I really love this toy for my Bichpoo, I just wish she could figure out how to put the balls in the top. The balls are small as she is a small dog, she chewed the heck out of them in the first few days. I tried to replace them with balls from our local store but nothing fit. That is literally my only complaint, I wish the balls were more durable. Otherwise, it’s a great toy.

The tennis balls lasted all of 10 minutes and the dogs chewed through them. The shooter is definitely not as strong as I thought it would be.

I received my launcher and followed all of the instructions. After charging, I went to use it and it worked beautifully for about 5 launches. I then experienced two separate issues.1. The paddles that pushes the ball into the shoot either would not withdraw from the shoot or did not push the ball forward.2. The mechanism that propels the balls sounded as if it was stalling and unable to run the wheels within the shoot, which remained still. The machine then shot itself off.I have attempted all of the troubleshooting tips included in the manual.I purchased this item, at this price point, for the explicit purpose of avoiding a situation like this. So far I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed. In this case “you get what you pay for” does not appear to be true. Have reached out to the company and will update with their response when I hear back.

I have a Yorkie that is absolutely obsessed with these balls. They are pretty pricy for what they are, but my dog can't seem to live without them.

My dog loves these balls. They work perfectly with his launcher and hold up to his chewing between launches. The company is responsive and provides top quality customer service.

This item is $$$ I did read the reviews. I took a chance and purchased anyway. Since purchased, launcher has had approximately 30 days of use, and then it quit working. Motor starts but mechanism that projects ball quit projecting. We have taken the bottom off to see if it could be fixed, but to no avail. This item in my opinion is overpriced for the lack of quality.

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit! Both my pup, Lulu and I have great fun with this and she can load the ball herself already! Expensive but looks like it will last so a good investment - especially as it can be used indoors or out depending on the weather.

The media could not be loaded.  Product is ok/good when it works.Didn’t take long to get my dog involved with it :)Doesn’t fire balls very far, video shows it at full power shooting about 20-25feet with the supplied ball. It would have been nice if worked better.The worst thing is the trigger inside the chute; The detection trigger has gotten stuck With garden dirt from the balls, twice now and it took a long time to work it free again.I think it will stick inside and I’ll not be able to pop it out like some other reviews said, the trigger seems poorly designed.I don’t think it’s suitable for outdoor garden use since the trigger jams so easily.I would not recommend buying because I don’t think this will last long, it’s gotten stuck twice and needed me to pry the trigger out.

We thought we would give this a try as our dog is totally ball centric, and we can’t keep throwing it for him for hours on end. He quickly got the idea of how to use it, but the throwing distance was so small. It threw slightly further if plugged into the mains. Probably talking 10 foot max. Sadly not worth over £200 for something so lacklustre performance wise.

The media could not be loaded.  I like the sturdiness of the whole package, it isn’t a cheap plastic and the possibility to charge it at home and use it outside. The dissadvantages are the actual distance on max power is (with clean dry new ball) about 9m/30ft and I never get those 50ft anounced by the advertisement and if the ball is wet or dirty, the sensor for the ball drop will stuck and it will make a launching cycle even without the ball and drains battery. In my opinion, too expensive for low output.

Do not buy as supplied with 2 pin plug not the fuse plug that is required in the UK
