Excellent quality cordless for the price and a cheap quality product.
Having looked at other drills online and in the shops this is an excellent price for a very good quality cordless. Very well balanced, plenty of torque, two speeds, two batteries and 60 min charger. This is an absolute bargain. Don't go to B&Q etc and spend twice the price for something similar when you can pick this up for under £70.In the past i have gone for Ryobi products as they seemed good value for money. After several years use my last Ryobi packed up. I visited the stores and online retailers and everyone seemed to be charging well over £100 for a good quality cordless with hammer function and generally with only 1 battery. Makita are a good make and as a result normally cost a lot so to find this was a real stroke of luck. I ordered this on a Sunday and it arrived by courier on the Tuesday. All in all i'm very happy.

I always thought Makita meant expensive. Here is a great example that dis-proves that easily the best built drill I have owned at this price point. Cant imagine I will ever need a new drill for general DIY useage. Confident this will last.
