I plugged it in, it sparked and set off the fuses in my house so my power was cut which also affected my uni submission. Beyond disappointed. Tried to return it and it would cost £25 after I spent £10 on packaging which leaves me with a £5 refund???????????? Couldn’t afford to post it anyway. Don’t waste your money. Stuck with a broken toaster now.

I think we've finally figured out what setting we like best for toasting and have toasted a few different things in it.Ofc Kitty's face appears just fine on toast. It would be ridiculous if it didn't.It did not appear on chocolate chip EggosIt appeared in part on bagels and English muffins. The bagels and English muffins did require a bit of pressing them a bit thinner before they fit in the toaster and I did need to use a fork to help remove them. (If you use a fork, don't forget to unplug the toaster first! Accidents aren't called that because we plan them and our children seem to pay attention when we think they aren't. Unless they have devices in their hands. Then we could be electrocuted on the ground and they wouldn't even notice until they need a charger or the internet craps out.)It does suck that the slots are on the thin side, but I wanted a pink toaster and this one was not only the most affordable (the others were in the $200 range) but also had the best reviews (the pricier ones had reviews no toaster that expensive should have.) And it just so happens to put Hello Kitty's cute face on different things, which my daughter has been getting a kick out of. It *has* been kind of fun seeing how (or if) Kitty shows up on different things, so we're pretty happy with it.

This is so cute and adorable for display!!! But it also makes amazing toast I don't get why some of the reviews are bad? It says in the user manual that you need to leave it on for a little before use. It will smell like plastic but it's supposed to don't leave it on for to long with the toast. But this is amazing!

I bought this for my Niece. The toast is so cute with Hello Kitty on it. She eats her toast now so we're happy with it.
