This Item works for me without any issue using latest software on Windows 10 & 11

Does not work on Windows 7
Please note that this device does not work on Windows 7. It works on older version of windows. I have left a message with the manufacturers, it is over twelve hours and my email is yet to be acknowledged. Their response time is 48 hours. The thing that bugs me is that on their website they claim to provide Windows 7 drivers, but when you look at the time stamp of these drivers, they were produced in 2007 and I don't think that is likely to be a windows 7 driver as windows 7 is under five years old. Those drivers work on Windows Vista, so it is more likely it is a Vista Driver. Therefore, it is misleading and wasteful of people's time to provider wrong drivers.
