Surprisingly Good
I just made some chicken fried rice to test this and it was truly excellent, and a little surprising. When you taste this neat, it's not very strong and tastes more sweet than savoury, but in the food it tastes salty and quite potent - a little goes a long way.

If you think MSG is wrong, go do your research and stop listening to hoaxes / old wives tales.It adds an umami taste to Asian food. It's great for stir fry rice and other Asian dishes.And don't believe that rubbish that MSG is bad for you. It's no different to salt.

I put this on/in everything, it makes everything taste better. We needs to work on busting the myth that it's so bad for you, when salt is far worse to use on a regular basis.It's not to be overused, like anything/any ingredient, but, in moderation, you can pretty much put it on anything you please and no harm will come to you.Always goes the best in rice dishes.
