good protection
I did not want a hard case, because that adds bulk to my bag, but I did want some protection against scratching and bumping in my bag (in which I also carry a Mac Mini and iPad Pro 9.7" as display). This item provides exactly that at a very good price point. Fits the Apple trackpad 2 very nicely, not too tight.

Good fit and quality
I also purchased their keyboard cover, and am pleased to say this item is slightly better. The soft inner lining ensures no damage to the trackpad - and I'm able to just slip it into my rucksack. Velcro is securely attached and will last, in fact the materials are all of good quality with a solid finish. Well worth the purchase, nobody wants a scratched trackpad!
