Really really good product great at helping my food digest, less burping and flatulence. I read that when you get to your 50's your digestive enzymes can weaken, there by leaving food undigested going into the intestines, hence burping and flatulence. The great thing about this product is you get the enzymes to help digest the food in your stomach and also intestinal bacteria that also digest food, so a double goody.

PROS (The actual product): I take two with each meal because one did not work. Has restored my faith in dairy and things like pizza, which have always been really difficult for me to digest with any success! Would recommend to anybody with ANY digestive issues, particularly with wheat and dairy.CONS (the company shipping it): CONSTANTLY sends the wrong thing. The sticker on the side reads Digest Gold + Probiotics but they keep sending Digest Gold with ATPro. NOT THE SAME THING. I have had to send it back twice. They need to label their inventory correctly.!!!!

The product is as described and so no issues there, however, it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive which I was not aware would be the case until after I had purchased the item, as it was only at this point that it was detailed. If I'd have known about that, then I would have used another supplier as I had only a weeks supply left. Other than that no issues.

Works well for my wife. Was recommended to her by her chiropractor. Has really helped her with her bowel movements in terms of regularity and overall digestive health. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you have tried other brands with out success.

It reduce my digestive gas from my stomach. I'm happy with it. I only take it for a few days when I drink milk or oily food.

Good product

I have had digestive problems with acid reflux for at least 20 years. I am now 72. Doctors had prescribed Ranitidine up to 2x daily. It worked very well, but I always wondered why the acid in the first place. I learned to go slow on foods hard to digest like meats and carbs. I could eat everything, but if I ate too much there were definite feeling of bloat. I had taken probiotics from time to time in the past, especially while using antibiotics. Recently I began to read about enzymes and found Digest Gold recommended among the best. I started taking 3x a day with meals as recommended by manufacturer. For about three days I was a little spacy and out of balance, but that cleared up pretty well. I can say eating is more of a pleasure now. I haven't taken Ranitidine for a week. I have had a little acid a couple of times, but controlled with teaspoon of liquid antacid. I have experimented with taking Digest Gold 2x a day, and also doubled for a meal to see if it helped. Overall I would say there is definitely improvement in my digestion, but I will have to live with the product for a few months to really assess. In the meantime I plan to mostly stick with 3x capsules a day. I have ordered another bottle of 180 caps. There may be something as good for less money--for further study. I may also consult with a naturapath to see if I'm on the right track. I certainly have appreciated all the reviews on Amazon to help me find this and try it out.

I take a lot of enzymes and probiotics with each meal. It's fine at home to take a handful of pills but when I am in public, I don't like to have to stop in the middle of the meal and grab the pill pouch and take them. This pill allows me to be able to take 2 small pills discreetly. Love the ease
