Review: Secure, comfortable grounding - We are so pleased. When they arrived it appeared to be such a small package that I couldn't imagine that two cords and two straps were in it. BUT they have been near perfect. The coiled cord is light and flexible and expands to its long length but recoils quickly when you move back closer to outlet. The grounding plug works as it should. It fits snugly into grounding hole in receptacle and we have not had any problems with it pulling out. I had contemplated getting the plug adapters but that would be unnecessary with this product. The wrist straps are very comfortable and do stretch some to go over the hand or ankle but the buckle has been difficult for me at times. I don't know if the solution would be to have longer strap material or a different type closure that would allow a different locking/closing after strap is in place. But I will NOT give up this product because of that but someone that has larger hands or feet may find it too tight to go over hands and feet. Whether sleeping, sitting or moving around in the kitchen, this works as it should. It is so comfortable while sleeping that I usually have to feel to see if it is still in place. And, yes, it is. We do not use the grounding straps everyday since I have read that toxins released can cause other discomforts when they haven't had time to wash from body (which has nothing to do with this item). Better to go slowly and be able to get the full benefits of grounding over time. My first night of grounding gave me unexpected relief from the pain in my thumb/hand/wrist area where I hold my phone and tablet. What a nice surprise when I realized the next day that I was using my hand pain free. It is hard to measure all the benefits since they can't be seen or felt. But better sleep, calmness, less headaches, etc. might be in your future. I am a believer in grounding and this product.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I tested both cords for continuity, and there was none. can the seller explain? or, another customer? what am i missing?**
A: There's an instruction insert sent with every wrist strap on how to properly test. These are all tested before they are sent out so testing is not required but if you want to see voltage removal you need to use a multi meter. There's a resistor in these to prevent harm due to a back flow of voltage from a power surge or lightning strike. **Q: What are the Ohms of this? 1 or 100?**
A: It is a 100K Ohm resistor if you are reading 1 then your multimeter doesn't read low enough. Sometimes you can adjust the settings and it will move the decimal for you

**Q: Is there a safety resister built into the cord?**
A: No there is not. You will want to buy a tester to check if the outlet you will be plugging into is properly grounded. I found one on Amazon for approx $7. As long as your outlet checks out it doesn't need a resistor built into it.

**Q: Can you use them in a portable infrared sauna to lower the emp?**
A: As long as you can plug the cord into a proper ground it should be fine

These are great build quality. If you work on electronics and need to ground yourself they are quality. The snaps are secure and the elastic is top notch. If you want to try body grounding on a trial basis they work great without you having to spend a lot of money. They also have a 100K ohm resistor built into the cord to help with possible transient voltages between ground and stuff you may pick up while a device charges, like a phone etc. if these break I will definitely buy more. Totally a great product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Band Clasp is fragile

The band clasp has two small nubs which pop out easily which makes the band fall off wrist. The good news is it actually has continuity on a meter which would indicate it does ground. I pinch the clasp when I put it on so it doesn’t force the clasp to separate. I may put a snap on the band to replace the clasp.
