Very sweet, no cream cheese in it.
Trying to make a carrot cake that was dairy free, I was surprised to note this contained no cream cheese. It is reflected in the taste though, it just tastes super, super sweet. No cream cheese taste or texture at aĺl.

Great for carrot cake topping
Just the right amount to top a tray baked carrot cake or to fill and top a sandwich cake. Easy to use, nice flavour. Gives a good finish.
