Happy with this purchase
I have really tight calves and achilles tendons, and this really helps to stretch them out. I like that it has many different angles for different intensities. The grips could be just a bit stronger (sometimes my feet slide) but all in all this isn't such a big deal. I'd recommend this product for anyone with foot or leg muscle tightness.

Solid, useful, moderately versatile
The media could not be loaded. I've been looking for something like this: small, sturdy, easy to adjust, and useful for the types of exercises I need.In working to address my patellar tendinopathy I perform exercises such as single leg decline squat, tibialis raises, single leg calf raises, and so on. This little slant board has proven perfect for the tasks. The board I received is in excellent condition, I may be fortunate in that there were no, and have yet to be any, bubbles under the grip tape. The wood looks to be a plywood with veneer and the assembly is a combination of brads and screws for the piano hinges. It came with a sheet of six self-adhesive rubber pads to apply to the bottom which have help well on hardwood, tile, carpet, and floor mat.The adjustability is good with five options (four slats and full down).I'm hopefully wood glue was applied where brads were used for assembly; I'd have rather seen screws here, but I believe the stress on those sections is minimal. As with any product, time will tell.I feel the price is reasonable given the material, construction, and somewhat limited functionality of the board. I am quite happy with it.

Great for stretching and Knees Over Toes exercises.
This is a solid slant board. I don't think I could make one much cheaper myself. I have no qualms about it holding my 175 lbs. I got it to do knees over toes movements and it work perfectly. At it's lowest the rear is at around 6 inches. It then goes in increments of 7, 8, 9, and 10 inches.A common thread in the reviews seems to be with the top grip. Luckily my grip had no air bubbles. The only issue I had was one of the corners was slightly peeled up. It isn't a big deal and I will try to glue it back down or cut the little piece off. It seems like they just need to improve their quality control with the grip.Other than that slight issue I have nothing bad to say for it's price.

For the price, works great 👍🏼
For the price this works great. It is exactly what it says it should be. It also includes a couple of stickers for the base so that it has a grip on the ground. It has the adjustable height switch absolutely supports my way and I am around 160 pounds. I have no concerns about this product in for a fitness equipment. It is quitereasonably price. I would recommend. One small thing important to note is that upon receiving the products, the top of the grip tape had a couple air bubbles in it. This was not a concern at all. I simply took a X-Acto knife and punctured a couple of small holes that were invisible to the eye, and then the air bubbles were able to flatten out.Very happy with the product.

Perfect!
After having knee surgery, I needed a solid board to stretch my lower legs and hamstrings. This slant board is GREAT. It is solid and easily adjusts to four different angles to increase or decrease the stretch on your legs. It has rubber sticky pads to put on the bottom to keep it from sliding on wooden floors. It is made from a good quality plywood and the exposed sides of the plywood have edge banding on them to give it a finished look. The top of the board has a non-skid surface on it to keep your feet stationary from sliding off. It feels very secure and safe for maximum leg stretches.

Perfect for at home physical therapy exercises
After I had a T spine fusion this year and dealing with lower back issues, I loved using one of these when I was at physical therapy for leg exercises and this is almost identical. I found this because it was made out of wood and looked very sturdy. I received the item and immediately tried it out and it didn't budge and the angles are perfect. You can adjust the angle depending on how much of a stretch you want. I'm about 185lbs and this held and didn't creak or crack at all.

Not very heavy but very sturdy.
The slant board is well built and very sturdy. I weigh 200lbs and when I stand on it it doesn't even creak. The black surface on the top is rough to prevent sliding (it reminds me of grip tape on top of skateboards). There are adhesive feet provided to prevent it from sliding on the floor, which was thoughtful. The device has five settings. Right now the basic setting is perfect for me. It doubles as a footrest under my computer desk when not in use. It's not heavy and easy to move around with the handles carved into the sides.

Really nice, professional grade
This was much larger and sturdier than I envisioned. It’s solid, made of wood with a non-slip tread surface. I was also surprised to see the range up to about 45°, but I’m nowhere near that yet! It’s fairly heavy and easily large enough for both feet comfortably. There are several options for heights/angles and it adjusts instantly. When I broke my ankle, my PT had me rocking my foot on a small plastic contraption for calf stretches. I expected this to be similar but I was pleasantly surprised. This seems like it will last longer than I do.
