Very good, heats you up from the inside. Use this daily to help with chronic fatigue. Boots oxygen from within your mitochondria, gets me through each day. Great for pain relief and a whole list of other things. Good price for what you get.

Bought this for my mothera arthritis. Unfortunately every time she uses it her arthritis is worse the next day as though it’s flared up. It may help other conditions but not sure what.

It suddenly stopped working after a month but worked well to reduce symptoms before that.

No safety instructions as such, just a brief paragraph saying for face, use for 10mins to an hour. Thank god I only used for 10 mins only as even that put me in hospital and has permanently damaged the capilliaries in my face. 4 months on and still get pain. How do companies get away with with this? Please do not use!!!

I had high hopes from the reviews but although the lights are super bright it feels very flimsy and cheap. Mine arrived with something lose rolling around in the unit. Eye protection provided is inadequate and it hurts the eyes for longer than a couple of minutes. Be careful as although I have been offered a refund I have to pay for return postage. Not pleased about this as it is damaged and not safe in my opinion.

The media could not be loaded.  After waiting very long for my order the plug is missing. Have sent an email but heard nothing back. Very disappointed.

The device worked well, until the on and off switch became dysfunctional. I contacted the seller, but the have not offered to reply the power cable and switch. Great shame, as I liked the product, but not worth it if it packs up after a month's use.

Here I will comment on each of the purported benefits of red light, and how much of those benefits I see after using this device. I ordered a hand held red light device for healing a cold sore and it worked incredibly well. After much research I decided to try this panel for face and body treatments. The price was fabulously reasonable and it’s very light weight. It came with hanging wires although I use mine sitting or lying on the bed with it propped next to me. I have seen and felt results in less than two weeks. I have arthritis pain in my hands and I’m very active DIYer, so gripping paintbrushes, power tools, etc for many hours a day. This light lessens the pain and inflammation in one session. My husband had surgery on his elbow and is using it daily for recovery and it’s working well. The biggest thing I’ve seen though is my skin! I have melasma (dark patches on my face) that began 35 years ago during pregnancy. I’ve tried chemical peels , vitamin C, every product you can imagine. Nothing made it vanish. In two weeks I’ve seen incredible lightening of all the spots and the fine lines around my eyes and lips are improved as well as one deep wrinkle between my brows. 15-20 minutes a day I sit in a recliner and prop this on my lap with my fingers over the lower corners (for the arthritis), no shirt, clean skin (no makeup or sunscreen or retinol) and relax. Easy peasy. Give it time to work. You won’t get instant results but stick with it daily and you’ll see changes. Also, do the research! Lots of studies on how this works with no adverse side effects, including healing eye injuries and preventing/slowing age related eye diseases. I’m giving this to all our kids as a gift this holiday season.

For some people, this panel may be a very nice, inexpensive red and near-infrared light therapy device. I found it to be surprisingly effective. The first time I used it, my chronic Achilles tendon pain was noticeably improved and it was significantly easier to walk. The positive results I received were much better than I expected. It's a good sized panel for the price, and the light seems nice and bright.I ended up returning it and getting something else though, for a couple reasons. The biggest issue for me was that it doesn't have a timer (just an on and off switch) and because it is so relaxing, I was quite worried that I would fall asleep while using it.I also wanted to use it to treat my mother's arthritic knees, by placing it on her skin, which didn't work as well as the light therapy pads we are now using instead. Compared to this panel, the pads are much more comfortable resting on her legs, plus they have LEDs that are dual-chip so that each light radiates both the red and near-infrared wavelengths.If you are looking for a red light panel to be used at a normal distance though, dual-chip LEDs are probably not necessary. So if you plan to use it like that and don't need a timer, this panel is pretty terrific, especially for the price!

These infrared light panels are an affordable way to get started using red light therapy. I have primarily used mine for skin benefits, so I set it up on a table or counter next to me so my face, neck, chest, and hands can benefit. I did notice a fading of sunspots and lessening of fine lines and eye bags after a week and or two of daily use and I felt like there was an overlap brightening of my skin as well. I have also used this light to target upper back/neck pain and my husband has used for shoulder and elbow. When used in addition to other routine self-care measures, we felt our healing and pain relief has been enhanced by the red light panels! These are also lightweight, so very portable, but will need stabilizing when you’re considering set up; these coke with a couple options for hanging and installation though, in case that’s how you want to use it

I really didn't think I was going to enjoy this product as much as I did. It is very easy to use, lightweight, and sturdy.I have been using it every day but in different areas. I have adult hormonal acne, and while this doesn't obliterate that (I have PCOS) the QUALITY of my skin has improved drastically. My skin has a clarity it didn't have before and my acne has definitely lessened. For the face, I have been using it every other day for the past 2 weeks for 10-20 minutes. Regardless of other reviews, ALWAYS wear the goggles!!! The light is incredibly strong and should not be exposed to the naked eye.I have also been using the light for lower back pain. What I like to do is sit in a deep chair and put the light panel behind me while I work. In this method, I usually keep it in place for 40min or so. On bad days, it lessens the pain substantially on days where my pain is already minimal, it completely erases it.Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase.
