This is a very brittle cheap piece of plastic that would work well only with the thinnest oxygen tubing. The standard tubing size does not fit into the allowed groove and the piece is not flexible, meaning it would be very difficult for someone with limited hand mobility or strength to get the tube inserted. It also means it is highly possible the piece would snap. I returned them. Not worth the cost, too difficult.

Works much better than duct tape and a couple of toothpicks! (Yes, that is what I used before!)

These supports are made of a very stiff plastic and it was a struggle to force my Cannula Hose into the grooves, but after several minutes of fighting with it I was finally able to force it in. After than I just slid the larger end down over the fitting on the Concentrator. Once it's installed it does a good job of keeping the hose from kinking so that's good. But Ten Bucks for two little pieces of cheap plastic is way too much money for what you get. One tip is to make sure you install this with the larger expanded end on the hose fitting that attaches to the concentrator.Edit - After a week of using this, the tubing is starting to come out of the groove on both ends and i have to snap it back in, but it pops back out as i move around or walk. I've now switched to using Male/Female Swivel Fittings instead which rotate so the hose doesn't kink above the fitting. These seem to be working well so far.

Works ok bit cracks/ breaks easily

I really wanted to like this..It worked great the first day. By the second daythe slot where you insert tubing wasseemed to stretch and not hold the tubing in place. I'm very disappointedas the concept is great. Unfortunatelythe execution was not. I do not recommend this.

Does not stay on tubing.

I am So Happy I found this item to help me with my portable oxygen machine.

I tried this on 2 separate hoses and the plastic was very hard and not flexible at all. The channel was too small for the hose to fit without pinching it. It actually caused the hose to bend & restrict air flow. Not a good design as it doesn't function the way I hoped.
