This tea definitely is relaxing
I bought this tea to help me sleep. It’s said to have a melatonin affect. I can answer that by saying this tea does deliver. I even mixed this tea with cinnamon apple tea for my husband. After about 30 minutes. He had relaxed himself to sleep. This tea will forever be in rotation for me. Oh! The flavor is not bad. Very light. However, most times I mix my teas.

Does help to relax me at night - but a bit high priced. Origin questionable - probably not in the UK
I use this tea to help me get to sleep. It works most of the time, but it's fairly expensive. It says it's "packed in the UK." But where do the leaves come from? I would buy it again, but I will be looking for a cheaper alternative.
