Love it much better than Gatorade in my opinion.
Recharge is a good way to get your electrolytes and it doesn’t have as many dyes or coloring the. other products have. So happy with this thank you again recharge.

It's Gatorade without the garbage
I get dehydrated very easily and had discussed this with my PA. After doing a blood test, we found out that my electrolyte levels were really low. She suggested I try drinking this sports drink. This one is a good quality drink, and as she describes it, "gatorade without the garbage". It's all natural fruit, no additional sugar or artificial anything added. No high fructose corn syrup either! And it actually has more electrolytes than Gatorade. So I started drinking it, and at my next checkup, my electrolyte levels were back to normal! Also, I feel less thirsty! I like to drink it first thing in the morning since that's when I feel the most dehydrated, and after exercising of course. Or anytime I feel thirsty really. The only problem I had with it was that one time, I got a batch where half of the drinks had somehow gone bad, but Amazon was really great about sending me a replacement. However, I'm disappointed to see that the price of this has now almost doubled. The mixed berry is the only flavor I like and it's hard to find.

Great energy drink but bad packaging
My 12 plastic bottles from this supplier came in heavy bubble wrap on each plastic bottle. Such a waste of over packaging. Much rather it be in a tight sealed box. They are plastic for gods sakeNot buying from this supplier if that are that environmentally unconcerned

I LOVE this stuff
As someone who does not consume a lot of sugary products, I really love this item. It's a much better alternative to gatorade and other sports drinks, and a lot lighter than juice. I don't use it as a sports drink; I drink water 99% of the time. But I have a potassium deficiency and don't consume a lot of salts so sometimes have to supplement electrolytes and this drink is the BEST. We also drink it when sick with colds, viruses etc when it's important to stay hydrated and water is too hard on the stomach. My significant other once got a terrible case of food poisoning and this was the only thing he could keep down for days. It's expensive at my grocery store ($4+ per bottle) so I order in bulk on amazon and always have it on hand!

Best Sports Drink on the Market though Most Don't Know About It
Most sports drinks are syrupy and filled with sugar or other additives. Recharge gives you the hydration without all the bad sugars and additives. Though the drink is hard to find, it is worth it. R.W. Knudsen evidently does not support this product much as it has been losing shelf space all across the country and I have never seen any advertising for this product in all the years I've used it. Sometimes, the fruit flavor is inconsistent, I assume, do to the different variation in where they get their supply of fruit to make the juice. The juice itself by far is the better tasting product over their powdered version in my opinion.

Taste like cough syrup
I bought 2 cases of this sports drink on sale here at Amazon. The Orange tastes decent but the mixed berry tastes kind of like watered down cough syrup.

great stuff, but not from Amazon
This stuff is the best - it is the only all natural no sugar added electrolyte sports drink I know of. We go through it fast in our house, even though we cut it with water so it is not as sweet. Thought I would save some $ and some time by ordering it by the case from Amazon, but the bottles we got were a month away from the expiration date. So much for keeping it around for a while. We have since found it to be significantly fresher and less expensive at whole foods.
