BJJ Notebook: Volume 1

This is a cool notebook specifically for BJJ and allows you to write down everything in not just a regular notebook but one specific to BJJ. You just have to write neatly and small, but with some BJJ history and different ways to track your stats it is definitely a good purchase. Could reduce the purchase to less than £10 however, bit expensive.

This book is a great idea. 10 concise chapters about the history, philosophy and training practices of BJJ, then a well layed out notebook for recording your training & competition records.

Really useful book ,lots of information and log for new techniques that you may have learned or want to remember.
