So glad I picked this one!
What a great chair. Really love that the arms go up. If I sit up straight, great lumbar support. Easy to adjust height. Wheels work great. Price is far cheaper than many others. Not hard to put together. Size fits me very well. Seem very sturdy. Love my new computer chair!

Great chair! Great company!
This is a very nice chair. Well built, very comfortable and easy to put together. I put it together during a halftime of a football game. I've been sitting in it for three days now and it's been quite comfortable. Very sturdy and adjustable. A great value!12/02/23Update: I had problems with the control mechanism plate that mounts to the bottom of the chair. Broken weld. I contacted Neo Chair and they were very quick to send replacement plate and adjustable shock after I sent them pics of the damaged part. They were great to work with and stand by their products. I was quite impressed with their concern and fast response on making things correct. A fantastic company to deal with and they have earned a customer for life. I will be buying all my chairs from them from now on and tell all my friends how great Neo Chair is. A welcome surprise for this day and age!

Not the best, but not the absolute worst
Edit: dropped it down to one star, here’s why.The material has worn down to the point of discoloration. At first I thought it might be dirty but nope, it’s worn and it is now very discolored just from regular use.The squeaking only got worse to where if I lean forward or backward it creaks so loud. The screw caps are gone. They popped off so much there was no keeping track of them.Wish I had returned this chair. Don’t waste your money.Original review:Let’s get the good out of the way:The chair was easy to assemble and it has no problem rolling around on both carpet and hardwood. It’s not entirely uncomfortable.Unfortunately, this chair has more bad for me than good. The biggest problem with this chair is after about an hour of sitting in it the underside of my thigh start hurting from the edge of the seat pushing into them. It’s a dull pain that gets worse the longer I sit in it.Next is there is very little, if any, lower back support. After sitting in this chair over a couple days I’ve noticed my back start really hurting, and that’s with taking breaks and walking around. The material used is not very durable. The smallest bump onto the corner of a desk will damage it. It’s that cheap fake leather type material.I purchased the white and brown one and the “brown” is definitely not brown. It’s brick red.I’ll put the last two issues together. It squeaks when it’s in the lowest height and you turn, and the screw covers pop off constantly. So if you don’t pay attention you’ll lose them.I will be buying a different chair, and if I don’t return this one I’ll be giving it to my 9 year old.

Sits well
3.5 stars, deducting 1.5 for the assembly issue(s).Man alive, this is one of those examples where the Q.C. dept. dropped the ball, failure to catch manufacturing mistakes can/does kill an otherwise really good product. The 2 back holes for the back mount onto the seat were both misaligned (just) enough to throw off the alignment and one bolt and hole got chewed up badly; in the end I had to do a 'forced threading' with my drill to catch enough cross-threading to (hopefully) hold fast. Even with the other 3 bolts just barely screwed into their holes, the 4th was wonky; I disassembled the dry-fit to give it all a good once over and it wasn't too hard to tell and find the issue - both rear holes were off just enough to add together and be a problem; the fabrics weren't anything but pristine smooth, so it was obvious no one had inspected the holes and their alignments, my scrunching it back to inspect things, and was obvious that wrinkled it enough to tell-the-tale. Worst case, I have to figure out how to extract the screw and replace it with a courser threaded one, and some thread lock cement. The instructions are clear and easy to understand, although they do show a part that isn't actually a piece of this specific unit model.I got this for my roommate, and after the assembly quirks, she's enjoying sitting in it; she especially noted that being able to have the left armrest down to support her bad arm (failed shoulder replacement) comfortably is a big deal for her - YAY!The chair sits comfortable enough, and the arms lifting up make it easier to get in and out of. The back having the inner compartment where the parts and hardware rode in is also a nifty feature, I could see wiring in some hidden speakers for a little surround-sound action.
