Nice
Nice book/diary/calendar to track your fitness progress, I am a freak of diaries and love planning and recording, really helps me stick on track. Feel very motivational to look back at the pages to see how I progressed in my daily exercising routine.

Convenient
I have found I do better and progress more with my strength training when I track it so this book works well. I tried apps but having to constantly get my phone out, unlock it, log the set/rep and then put it away was annoying.I have space for all my machines and can easily find the last time I did the machine so I don't waste time figuring out what my starting weight should be.The only thing I would say is missing is a hook for a pencil or pen.

Was amazing
Used this all the time to help me stay on track and actually see a progression through my workouts. It’s also great to leave notes for yourself for the next session and it also keeps me on top of my schedule and writing it in fun colours keeps me motivated.

I love the book but I wish it wasn’t shiny, I didn’t think it was going to be, also there’s only spaces for 6 months instead of 12 so you can’t even mark a full year. Feels pretty sturdy and is overall a good size. Arrived super fast!
