I was impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. And it is so easy and fast to prepare.I first bought this food because my husband was traveling for a few weeks and I didn’t want to cook for one person-me. I thought I would have ready made meals on hand. In addition, I thought I can use this to help with weight loss.At first I thought I would be hungrier, but to my surprise it was enough food and I learned to eat a true portion sized dinner. In turn, I started watching the size of my other meals. Then I started fasting. I wasn’t as hungry and the meals include a decent portion of vegetables.In the end, I lost 10 pounds without trying.Lastly if you divide cost per meals, it’s only $8 a meal and it’s healthy.Thank for reading and good health to you!!

A little expensive, but All the meals tasted great and healthy at the same time!!!

These are a great improvement over other nutrisystem meals. Bigger portions good taste and healthy vegetables. I highly recommend you try these.

Of the multiple meals in the photo only 3 of them are the ones I received all the others are different. I wasn’t even contasted about it being substituted.
