Worked in my Audi a3 I had LED lights but the car thought the bulbs was blown. Wired these up nice and easy about 20 mins now car no longer has error and has no affect on the way the lights work. Will be ordering more for my full beams now

I tried 2 different makes of Canbus error free T15 (921) LED bulbs, both of which give an error lights out message on the dash in my standard 2012 Audi TT 1.8 TFSi coupe. Its only the reverse lights i want to be brighter. After fitting these resistors the error messages have finally stopped. I have left the car in reverse for 2 mins to test the heat of the resistors, they only got slightly warm, so absolutely fine for reversing light application.

bought the 50w 6 ohm load resistors due to fitting LED units and having "hyper flash" when indicating. Fitted this kit in around 15 minutes. very easy to fit and works perfect. does get slightly hot when the indicators are on for a prolonged period of time so something to bear in mind when sticking the resistor down (i.e. not near to plastic or fabric). A little bit of double sided tape on the bottom would be a good addition. However I had some lying about just to stop it moving. Quick splice connectors are included. A set of pliers or pump pliers are needed to fully close the metal blade.

I tried to use this resistor as ballast for LED turn bulbs. In use, one end in particular got really hot to the point that the lead to the component melted the solder joint. This was at half-on, half off. I'd definitely not recommend these.

Work as expected but do get very hot, however for about 6 month I wired them in wrong, you have to remember to wire them across the positive and negitive connecting the two, seemed counter intuitive to me but now they work great. I used them on a John Deere 6170R to allow LED flashing beacons, without a canbus fault showing.

Used these for a Motorcycle turn signal, and only two required for the four flahers converted to LED. Easy to install, I soldered mine and heatshrunk the joints. I had no metal to use as a heatsink so I put them back to back to each other. They don't get warm (motorcycle current is low) but just in case. They came fast and seem like good quality.
