Great for the price, would definitely recommend! My little girl loves it, she’s 4 and it fits perfect but there is a Velcro adjustable waist so could fit bigger or smaller.

Great and stretchy!

Bought for my 8 year olf daughter to go to a Hawiaan themed party, looks lovely not sure the necklace will last all that long with kids but it does the job for the price.
