I suffer from excess serotonin and anxiety, and this has been one of the few supplements I've tried to consistently make a significant improvement.Only complaint is that the pouch, at least for the 100g size, is rather thin and thus difficult to get into, and once caused me to drop it and spill some of the powder.The seal is strong however, as opposed to some other companys' products which I have been unable to close again due to the seal breaking off or being very difficult to shut.

A must for Peating, keeping those PUFA's out of circulation - thiamine, riboflavin and biotin would be nice to have in pure powder form also!
