I don't live close to a BMW dealer so Amazon is my shop of choice. I've learned from experience of clogged washer motors not to use cheap winter fluids. The BMW fluid diluted 2 bottles water to one of fluid keeps everything flowing and the cleaner itself if very effective

BMW say you should only use this product and not others to prevent blocked jets. They are correct as I have found out previously. Superior product, nice smell and smear free. Good in winter also if diluted correctly.

As a BMW driver you will doubtless be familiar with the fun of unblocking the screen wash filters. It’s a fairly simple process, all you have to do is jack up the front of the car (after finding a Jack-BMW don’t supply one) remove the front wheel (it’s heavy, I reckon that’s why I have a hernia), remove the wheel arch liner, remove the screen wash bottle. Clean it out, remove the pumps and clean the filters, then reassemble (Amazon sell a selection of trim fittings to replace the ones you broke) and hope it works.Alternatively buy this stuff at only about ten times the price of the stuff you used before.Choice is fairly obvious.

After using others and clogging up my mini's system I have learned the lesson to always use the recommended brand. It works, it's a bit more expensive but its cheaper than a £50 bill to clear out all the gunk and clogs in your system

This is a good quality BMW part. A couple of years ago my windscreen washers had blocked up as a result of using liquid from Halfords etc. Always use the genuine BMW stuff - doesn't seem to cause those problems.

Good product

After a temporary nozzle blockage in my 2 year old X4 I moved over to the BMW product. I have to say it's not cheap but it is the best windscreen washer fluid I have ever used. It works perfectly. I pour the contents into a clean 5ltr container then fill the BMW bottle 3 times with water to make a 4ltr mixture. When the washer light comes on I pour the 4 ltrs in and it does the job just fine.

I bought this because the branded BMW car wash is best if you want to avoid a jellified mess in your washer system filter. That is known issue with mixing/using other brands. That then means a wheel arch liner off to access and clean out. Best avoided. Other than that need this works fine, and is not expensive given the low temperature protection.
