How much pepper does it hold?

I'm not exactly sure. I have a 3.5 oz. bottle of peppercorns, and the grinder held at least 1/3 of the bottle. However, there is one thing to note. The grinder has 2 chambers, and you need to make sure to fill both chambers equally. Otherwise, when one chamber runs out of peppercorns, then the volume of ground pepper drastically drops per turn of the grinder.
