Heard about this product on 60 Minutes about 25, 30 years ago. They interviewed some scientists about Resveratrol and the benefits. A year later 60 Minutes did a follow up on how people were doing. I was impressed with the results, so I have been taking it ever since. I was in my early 40's and have had good health during those years. When I was at the doctor's office my blood pressure was very close to normal. The nurse was so surprised she asked if I was on high blood pressure medication. Nope.Since this is a natural material, grape skins, grape seeds, etc., I have no qualms using it. It works as promised.

We've been taking this for over a decade. If we run out of it we definitely notice a difference. It gives us the sustained energy and health benefits we need as seniors. We're 66 and 74

The product seems to be a good one but I discovered that Resveratrol caused diarrhea on me. So be sure you can take it without any adverse side effects.
