Incredibly beneficial awesome product!!! Thanks Pukka!
Pukka once again comes through with a stellar product!!! Smells fantastic too. Top quality. Reasonably priced, and from what I am learning, can deeply effect the foundation (micro biome) of well being. Science is finally catching up with what has been known anecdotally for centuries.

Pukkha herbs always good
Excellent. Quantity down a bit which means price up. But one cannot be too careful when buying herbs on internet. Some brands have not been checked for heavy metals. Pukka is always safe

An Ayurvedic Herbal Remedy, mainly for digestive support
The first thing to know is that this supplement can act as a mild laxative. Which may or may not be a good thing. It is not recommended is you take certain medications like High Blood Pressure Meds as it can reduce the efficacy. On the more positive side this is a good remedy for internal cleansing. and can apparently help weight loss. There are NO warnings on the packaging which I think is not really very good. Herbs are natural but they can have very strong effects on our bodies and it is better to see a herbalist or health practitioner rather than not.I did try the capsules because I do believe I need some internal cleansing. I have to take pain meds and I have never felt really comfortable in my body since starting to take them.I had a good result. Easing of the constipation that pain killers induce and I had no ill effects at all.I like this remedy and intend to take it again but I still think Pukka should put some health advice on the packaging.

Worth trying
This is a mix of 3 herbs thave a very long tradition in Indian medicine. The potential health benefits are wide ranging, including cancer, arthritis, and weight loss. These are quite likely to be genuine but they have not been proven by proper scientific trials. Triphala is thought to be safe so the overall balance of good and bad makes it worth trying.I think the negative reviews are slightly unfair as virtually all of the complaints are about the price. This particular package is expensive but the larger bottle by the same company is much better value for money. The best brands are more expensive and probably for a good reason. Also, when comparing value for money you need to look at the strength and the quantity, which most brands do not reveal.I can't post links but for more information you could type healthy but smart triphalaFinally, someone complained that the company has been purchased by Unilever who is easy to dismiss as an evil corporation that is going to fleece you, or poison you for its own nefarious hunger for profits. There is another point of view. Unilever (I have no connection) sells hundreds of products to consumers all over the world and to do so it has to establish and protect a reputation by making sure its products are safe and genuine. I would trust them rather than some fly by night outfit which I know nothing about.

support the body's regularity
Triphala has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. It's thought to support bowel health and aid digestion. As an antioxidant, it's also thought to detoxify the body and support the immune system. Triphala is not appropriate for everyone to use. (source: Healthline.com)These come in capsule form, and I found them uncomfortably large to take (but I do often have a problem swallowing large pills). I also note that they cost nearly 50p each (!) and at the recommended dose of 2 capsules a day this little bottle would only last 15 days – making them very expensive. On the other hand, they come from a recognised and ethical brand and are unlikely to be contaminated with toxins.Do they work? Well they did something to me! I think my body’s “regularity” was quite fine on its own; taking these pills upped my bowel movements from once a day to 4 or 5 times a day – with all the attendant discomfort that gives you, and I stopped taking them after a week.Healthline also says: “This herb is considered unsafe for use in babies and children, the elderly, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding” and it would have been nice to see some warnings on the pack about this, together with the suggestion that you work up gradually to the maximum dose.

Easy to take, unconvinced about effectiveness
These are very attractively presented and easy to swallow but, unfortunately, I haven’t found them very effective. If they work at all, then I’m afraid it is very slowly and gently. Maybe that’s a good thing because I know a lot of people find traditional constipation remedies too violent as they can cause stomach griping. I would suggest these are considered as a long term supplement to maintain regularity, rather than as an acute treatment. I prefer to achieve this with a healthy diet and plenty of exercise.

Totally natural and organic
I am a huge believer in using the power of plants to keep us healthy. These tablets are relatively easy to swallowThey are organic, which is important to me, and are from Pukka.I am very reluctant to try brands online that I do not know and trust. With all these remedies it is alsways difficult to say whether they have any effect, and even then it may be a placebo effect.I was happy to add these to my daily regime, they seem to be cleansing, which is good. So, while I cannot comment with authority on Triphala (or three fruit) I can vouch for Pukka and their high standards.
