Love it
This is a handy little thing to have on on the fridge I’m always needing a pen. This solved all my issues it’s divided in the middle so there’s two separate sides. The magnet is quite impressive. That thing hasn’t budged since I put it on there. You won’t have to worry about it sliding down your fridge that’s for sure. It’s nice quality perfect size the color is great and it wipes off easily

Strong and perfect size
This item has a strong magnet that grabs ahold quickly. No longer having to worry about a container who’s magnet isn’t strong enough to stay where placed alone or with items in it. I put it on the side of the refrigerator so I can access pens quickly and put back just as easily. This would be perfect for home, office, school locker, etc.

Adds convenience and function to your dry erase board...or other needs.
We ordered this to go with a dry erase board we put on the front of our refrigerator. We weren't using it as much because the markers and dry eraser were not easily accessible. It's all about convenience. If it's inconvenient people won't use it. This helped change that. The size works for us as it fits perfectly on the side of our refrigerator. It's not too big. We have a French style refrigerator. We are still able to swing open the door without making contact with the holder. We did a quick measurement to make sure it would fit. I suggest you do the same. It's smaller than I imagined in person. But things always appear larger in close up photos.Overall, the build is sturdy and durable. I expect it to last. However, keep in mind, it's still plastic. If you're too rough or apply too much pressure I could see the plastic cracking. I've had that happen to simliar products like this. I say this as a reminder and caution only, not to minimize the build quality of the product. The entire back is covered by a magnetic surface. It is nice and large. This feature is extremely important as I've had others with smaller or weaker magnets that couldn't do the job; making that product ineffective and useless. It stays put. It stays exactly where you place it. You won't have to worry about it accidentally moving on you if you bump or nudge into it, it won't slide down the surface it's attached to, and it won't end up falling off or on the floor. It has a divider that splits the holder into two smaller, separate spaces. There are three slots to choose from. You also don't have to use the divider. Initially, we chose the middle slot for two equal spaces. This makes the most functional sense. Choosing either of the other two slots makes one space too small and the other too large. But we quickly found that the dry eraser wouldn't fit. So we had to choose the asymmetrical option. The dry eraser fits. But you have to cut back on the number of markers in the smaller space. My only complaint is the finish. It is inconsistent. You can see this in the photos I've uploaded. It's more apparent when light hits it at a certain angle.Lastly, you could definitely use this product for other purposes than just with a dry erase board. I've used similar products to hold pens/pencils and a small notepad. I've used ones as a coupon holder. I've used them to hold my car/mail keys and garage door opener. Anything you want to have in a centralized location (ie. refrigerator) for convenient, quick, and easy access. I've also used them on my filing cabinet in my office.

Now the official pen, pencil, marker hold for the fridge!
I received a black magnetic pen, pencil, marker holder. It is 4 7/8" wide and 4 3/4" tall. The cup portion is 3" tall and almost 1 1/2" deep. The entire back side is covered with a magnet. The inside has three sets of “divider rails” that allow you to place a removable divider within the cup (or not at all if you wish). The three configurations are at about 1 1/2", 2 1/2" or 3 1/2" across. The back is 1/8" thick. The rest is just less than 1/8" thick. The whole item weighs 5 oz.With the divider in the center configuration, I can fit 3 cleaning brushes, 2 pens (black/red), 4 small square dry erase markers, 12 small round dry erase markers, and 4 large dry erase markers (25 items). This all weighs 15 oz.It has a "foot" all around the bottom; this will allow it to stand upright on a surface like a desktop. The large magnet is very strong (it is anisotropic versus isotropic). It will hold under all normal use, including a full cup (and maybe even with it full of lead).I like it a lot. It is going next to my magnetic grocery list and daily/weekly to do list to hold them dry erase markers firmly.I believe all the statements in the description are correct and accurate (other than what I noted above).

So Simple yet so Helpful
When I'm working in the garage I'm always digging around for a pen or marker or pencil (they're never around when you need them, but you see them all the time when you don't!). I finally put one of those office plastic contraptions (that you see on everyone's desk to hold pens and such) on my workbench, but the walls on the thing are too high so I can only see the tippy tops of the pens and markers, etc. I have to dump them out if I'm looking for something specific. Then I come across this thing, that is so simplistic, but what I've been looking for and needing for a while! I have metal cabinets, so I just slap this on to them, and bingo!, I've got the perfect writing utensil holder! About a third of the writing utensils stick out, so I can clearly see what I need. And the magnet is deceptively strong; it seems like a thin magnet and I was worried it would just slide down any surface if you put too many things in it. It has a strong bond with the metal cabinet door. It takes a bit of effort to pull it off. I also like the thick plastic, durable frame. For the price, I was expecting something thin that can easily crack. In conclusion, this is a simple, yet helpful item. It is good quality and reasonably priced.
