I set up this product and it won't connect to my phone, despite the WiFi router being less than 5 metres from the gadget (I love in a small bungalow), completely pointless. Should have invested in a proper ring doorbell instead.

The instructions are printed so ridiculously small, even if you photograph them to hopefully zoom in to read them, it does not work, as they go out of focus. I had to use my craft magnifying headset. So ensure you have a good magnifying glass at hand

Unable to connect regardless of the options given. QR code wouldn't be read by camera, wifi wouldn't connect and Bluetooth didn't work either. When click on link for customer support it takes you to a company that provides ebook and e-readers

Great item to begin with but a month after stop working wont charge try to charge it but nothing

Door bell sounds as it should . Apart from that camera is really slow. If you have a delivery and you not at home you most likely going to miss it . When you press the ring button it takes couple of minutes for the bell to ring your phone and by the time you answer it over your phone courier is gone long time and no one behind the door. Especially if it's amazon delivery they press the button 10s later they are gone so as standar door bell it works but as smart door ring is useless

I purchased this door bell some months ago. I never got it to work properly with my phone - when in use( somebody at the door, pushing it) it just took a picture, when tried to communicate through the door bell, the sound was a bad quality. I got so frustrated after a month, I took the app off my phone, when I tried putting it again it wouldn't pair with it, and the app couldn't find the door bell. The reset option on the appliance did nothing. I'm sorry I paid for it in the first place, so my advice would be not to buy. Hope it's been helpful to someone.

Unable to prepare the encrypted channel. Will not link up correctly. Provides basic image capture when doorbell used. Not live image. Essentially cheap and basic.
