Top Class Camera at an affordable price
This is 1 awesome surveillance camera. It is super easy to install, there are a lot of helpful Youtube videos to choose from.I enjoyed the 18 minute review by The Review Dad.The solar panel does an awesome job of keeping the camera battery charged. The setup is quite easy.1 tip I would give is take a photo of the QR code on the camera itself and WhatsApp and email it to yourself, so if you want to swap between SIM and Wi-Fi you don't need to climb up a ladder to scan the QR code for installation. The UBOX App is very user-friendly and recognized the test SIM in 3 seconds flat.I initially tried a new Virgin Media SIM which didn't work for me, but afterwards I heard you need ro slap it in your phone, remove the PIN access and then you are good to use it in the camera; otherwise I keeps waiting for a PIN code it's never going to get, inside the camera. It still worked out the best for me, because I purchased a year's data for the test SIM and it costs more than 50% less monthly than the Virgin Media SIM would have cost me. The signal is not the greatest; I get maximum 2 out of 5 bars, 99% of the time.On rare occasions it might boost to 3 out of 5 bars.Everything still works, so I'm happy. There are loads of options to choose from on the UBOX App and the only thing this camera doesn't do is "lock"on a target and follow it.It detects movement, even if it's partially off frame and records it.So far, in the week I've ised the cammera, I've only lost connection for an hour running of the SIM.I contacted customer helpline and Annabelle replied quickly and saw that I had meanwhile managed to reconnect. She was so helpful and asked for my Amazon purchase number to register the camera for 3 years warranty and a choice between 1 years cloud storage or a 64GB TF card.I had already purchased a 128GB card, so went for the cloud storage. The day and night image clarity of the video is simply excellent. We had a yellow wind warning here in Ireland and it got pretty rough during the night and I expected to find the solar panel in the park across the road; but it's still secure as a tick on the wall outside. Give this camera a shot; I'll be very surprised if it does not meet most, if not all, of your needs.

Easy to set up solar/SIM based CCTV security camera that works well with Ubox app
My garage got broken into. £000's of power tools stolen and other stuff. My garage has no power or Wi-Fi so I searched and found this camera which uses a mobile network for signal and a 20w solar panel and in-built batteries. My sister said she's got one to watch her sheep during lambing so thought I'd give it a try. Out of the box it feels the real deal. Weighty, good antennas. I charged it up overnight as instructed, downloaded the UBox App, and the next day started to set it up. Before mounting it to my garage I tested it. I live in a bit of a mobile blackspot and the SIM provided struggled to find a strong enough signal - it's a 3rd party SIM that uses a local network but I couldn't tell which one. So, I drove into town to where I'd knew I'd get good signal. The camera worked fine....in fact, it surpassed my expectations by some way. The SIM and memory card are a little fiddly to get in the recessed slots but the seller helpfully provides a pair of tweezers in the box just for this. During this set up process I contacted customer support and a very helpful Kiki provided me with a list of things to try as well as a number of instructional videos - the after sales service really was exceptional. I emailed Kiki a few times over the next week and always got a quick and helpful reply within 24hrs, often sooner. Having worked out it was a coverage issue I searched to find out the best network for the area. I asked neighbours too as on-line coverage maps were often provided by or using data from network providers which seem to over-egg their own coverage. Vodafone (for me) appeared to be the best so I bought a £10 PAYG monthly SIM. I have no idea how the voodoo magic works but I literally just plugged that SIM into the camera, reset it using the little button next to the SIM card slot and it was up and running in about 90secs, panning up and down, left and right. Talking to my kids through it and them talking back to me. Now, coverage isn't great in my area. Even with Vodafone I only get 2 out of 5 bars. That said, I can stream video in HD from the camera day or night so I was pretty impressed. Mounting the camera was really easy as you mount a backing plate first and then the camera mounts onto that....you can do it all with a medium Phillips screwdriver. The solar panel was a little trickier but only because I put the solar panel, which comes in two halves, together and mounted it on the arm/bracket. The larger solar panel them made it tricker to screw through the holes of the smaller foot of the arm/bracket. My advice here would be to mount the arm first to somewhere solid, then mount the solar panel to the arm. It may have even said this in the instructions but as a man's man I know instructions are just one person's opinion of how it should be done 😜 Anyway, the whole mounting process was less than 20 mins. Camera up and running and works great. I very much recommend this camera. For the money you seem to get a lot. An SD card isn't included but unlike some others in the price bracket that will only take a 64Gb card this camera will take a 128Gb and they're about £10. The cloud storage seems to be quite reasonable at about $20USD for a year. The silicone rubber "doors" which cover the ports/power lead/switches all appear solid and fit well. If you need a day/night security camera in a no wifi/no power location with two way speaking, infrared and LED integrated lights then I feel this is good for the money. A week after first install all is going well. The App shows the battery which has never fallen below 95% and the last week has been overcast with some rain. I feel I have to mention again, the aftersales service was really good. The same person (Kiki) dealt with all my questions which was great. Loads of pictures to help me navigate my way around and instructional videos, all provided by the helpful Kiki. I've already recommended this camera to friends and if I needed another I wouldn't hesitate to by one. Do read up first about how SIM cameras work and what data they consume so you're in the know. If you need a constant live stream to your mobile device they may not be the solution for you as all that data will be costly. For me in my situation though it's an ideal solution and a great product.

Quality is great its the best in UK for rural field activity
Was looking at Hikvision to match my home security There all £1700 plus £800 for the 3AH battery to fit behind and didn't want to pay no more then £1000 to sit out in field , so bought this temporary and was amazed its only tiny bit not as as good as the Hikvision that's cost 1700 when rain it gets a little rain drop on lens but it dries off after 2 hrs , i bought a £200 off Facebook it was rubbish too sent it back and this is brilliant really is if they done it in HD bigger battery and solar panel id pay treble for it , this is biggest solar panel I've seen for this price range and battery I mean 20w that's amazing, i always get no less then 85 percent in thick cloud never goes below on sunny day 100 percent. it records 24/7 every day all day and night as well as motion detection now the app is easy so it records 24/7 in 2 to 3 minute all through the day which is way easier to read unlike my home security where you have to scroll through the blue bar to find anything . This is easier also when motion is on the app will have it as Activity and when its recording all day and night it will have Fulltime and it will keep doing this every 3 mins 24/7 and while its recording if Hare moves or deer which it did trying to get to my new hedging which is chicken wired in , it notifies me i speak go away shoo and they run off . the Quality of HD is there nearly with the Hickvision, So yes power is large i did charged cam up over night before with usb, yes the solar is large yes it records 24/7 all day and night i have a super power action pro 256 Samsung SD card which is about 4 weeks record before it over wrights, super. yes it has motion detection you can adjust the strength of motion detection too yes it has area you can grade in or out of area you want to cover for motion record. yes you can have 24/7 record and motion detection both on at same time (I have this setting ) I cant find better any where for quality and all I need I wont be spending £1000 on Hickvision now as this just does everything iI need . Zoom is good too very powerful . Thanks

A Good Quality camera. No issues so far.
Very nice camera and it function very well. Installation is simple if you follow the instruction. You can pan and zoom manually via app and the third party sim card works great with the device. The solar panel gives charging in the day time with no issues so far. Most of the time the battery will have over 90 percent of charge. We can't use Wifi with it as mentioned. The colour and clarity us good, but i feel like dynamic range is low in shadows. Can record live videos to cloud and sd card.

Great quality, very clear day and night view, superb battery with the solar panel.
This is absolutely brilliant! I have mine set up on entrance gates over a 100m from my property and I'm very impressed with the performance of this camera. The quality of the camera in daytime and night-time is clear and easy to see, the camera's alert alarm Is very good and can be heard loudly from those that approach the gates. The app is good but it doesnt show the live view from the camera as soon as you open the app which is frustrating (you have to click to open and it takes a couple of seconds to load live view), it also doesn't sound a loud notification through the phone so its easy to miss the notifications alerting you that someone is there. Overall, I'd highly recommend, the solar panel is powerful over winter I havent had to remove the camera to plug in and charge - its stayed at 100% battery. Very pleased. I have iCloud storage not the card.

Non reliable product
Bought this Camera to watch our cattle calving within a shed. Camara build and image quality is ok. Internet (4G) utterly useless. Camara freezes every 2/3seconds when watching live consistently having to reload the feed, restart camera. Customer service is nonexistent and when engaged very little help or ability to troubleshoot problems. Would not recommend to anyone who needs to view a live feed and is needing a system reliable.

Clear images & great customer service
I use this camera for outside security for my livestock. Clear images day and night - this is a good quality camera. I like the feature that at night you can illuminate with a light if you need to check in more detail. The Eiot SIM which covers a number of service providers is a great idea so you have back up if a network goes down. The solar charging panel is effective at keeping unit charged. I have had an issue with a faulty SIM card but the customer services are prompt in their replies and very helpful so I have been able to resolve this issue. Great value for money compared to some other brands.

Great cameras
Fantastic cameras for the price point, we have two for a construction project. The functions are great for being able to angle the camera, zoom in and it does around 180 degrees of coverage. The picture is clear and night vision works well. Setting up was easy and the customer service team were on hand to help with and queries. We used the cloud service and the SIM card provided, both work well without any issues. We would recommend these cameras to anyone needing a good quality budget friendly option.

Einwandfreie Kamera

Good product and outstanding support
I’m very happy with both the product and the service. The setup and installation were easy, and the battery and solar panel work great. The image quality is good, and the activity detection and notifications work really well. Customer service has been excellent all my questions were answered quickly. After about 5 - 6 months, one of the cameras had some charging issue. The support team promptly guided me through a few tests, and when those didn’t resolve the problem, they sent me a replacement camera. They also offered an extra three-year warranty and even included a free SD card. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and appreciate the outstanding support.
