Helped me with my constant snoring, takes a little bit of time to get used to, but work great. They fall off every now and then, but other than that awesome product.

I have sleep apnea. I sleep with my mouth open so the pressure of my c-pap gets compromised. My specialist recommended these but I can't sleep with them on. I can't sleep, take a sip of water or cough to clean my throat with them on. I stopped using them. My respiratory specialist ordered me a chin strap to help me keep my mouth closed while I sleep. The chin strap is a much better alternative.

I really wanted these to work so I could do my full skincare, all over before bed. There just isn’t enough surface area and the mouth hole made it so i was subconsciously breathing from my mouth in my sleep anyways.

I tracked my sleep for three nights when I started using these and I have data that prove their efficacy!! My over all sleep score, blood oxygen level and deep sleep time have never been better with no detected snoring. Better yet, I wake up feeling refreshed!! I love the shape because even with all my skin care before bed (I use an oil in the last step), there's no problem keeping the strip to stay on. I even notice that I'm naturally closing my mouth during the day, enforcing nose breathing, exclusively. Absolutely great product.

Too thin to work for me, but if you have facial hair they will work.

I am always looking for ways to improve sleep and WOW. I have been using this for a week and I feel so rested when I wake up and have way more energy throughout the day. Usually getting up in the morning is a struggle but now I’m able to get up without feeling groggy. I didn’t have any issues with the tape coming off at all. Life changing product!!!

This product has some really great properties and some that aren’t so great.The good:Generally mouth shaped, doesn’t stick in facial hair.Strong adhesive that doesn’t irritate my skinAdhesive doesn’t leave residueThe bad:Comes on a thickish transparent plastic backing film with a little cut off tab on one end. They’re quite stiff, have a couple sharp corn tees, and are very susceptible to static cling. If any escape your trash they will migrate and stick to random things all over the house. It feels pretty wasteful for a product I use every night.The adhesive dissolves on contact with spit. If you sleep on your back or never drool on your sleep, this wouldn’t be an issue for you. But every time I sleep on my side, the downhill side of my mouth loses its seal.For me, the bad outweighs the good. It’s disappointing, the good things are very good, and I’d really like to love this product. Unfortunately, it’s not a good match for me.
