Product description confusing
The Product description says 2 pack, but box contained only one humidifier pad. Yes, the price shows "1 item". So, what does 2 pack mean?

Twin pack, great price.
I received the twin pack, with two very flimsy boxes taped together. Nice to have the factory part for Carrier humidifier. Because Amazon shipped in a plastic bag, the contents were beat up, with dented filter corners and edges. Annoying but still likely usable. The price we pay for fast, minimalist packaging, I guess.

Original Equipment from Manufacturer
This is the identical pad as was supplied by Carrier when the system was installed. A lesson learned on the installation. The pad, if installed upside down will cause water flow and leaking issues. When you replace the old pad, make sure the painted edge of the pad is on the top of the frame. Installation is simple. My Infinity thermostat tells me when to replace the pad. The pad and installation will be much more expensive if you have the HVAC installer change it.

finally, the package was delivered correctly
The water panel worked as always, so it's a five-star for this order.However, I had two order fulfillment issues this year. It is a 2-panel order, but Oct. 1st order only had one panel in the package. I saw several customers had the same issue as I did. The 2nd order was placed in mid-Nov, but Amazon cancelled my order 3 weeks later after they could not fulfill my order. The 3rd order was executed fast w/o any error. I am glad Amazon finally got it right.
