Just what I needed to keep in the truck for towing my toys. Needed something small and everything else came in far to large of packaging. You get to packs and that more then enough for me.

An often misunderstood product, but indispensable when it comes to electrical connections that could be subjected to moisture. Anywhere corrosion is possible in a connection, dielectric grease is the answer.I think on the whole, mechanics and DIYers don't use this grease enough. I'm guilty myself, but now I have no excuse as I have two brand new squeeze pouches of this grease from KOORF.I kind of like the packaging. I think these pouches will hold up very well. The start out a little distorted from being full, but as they are used and flattened, they should be just about indestructible. I also like the relatively large opening. While you often may not need a whole lot at once, dielectric grease is not typically something that requires the precision of a fine applicating tip.Good product, clever packaging, interesting that it comes from Panama, of all places.

I just got this and used it to lube the stabilizer bars on a new keyboard I am putting together, and it works great. It is not quite as translucent as another brand I typically use, but the consistency is fine, and it does the job it's supposed to do just fine.Best of all, it's cheaper than the other brand. So, I consider it to be a better value overall. And you get a lot in each tube/pack. So, depending on what you're using it for, it should last a while. I only use it for keyboard stabs, so it should last forever.Oh, this lube is great for when you install light bulbs, too. And it does not interfere with the electrical flow at all. Good stuff.Caps are really good, too. They don't leak and they close nice and tight. Overall, this is a great product and value. This KOORF Premium Dielectric Silicone Clear Grease is an excellent product which is packed very conveniently. One of these soft packs should literally be found in every tool bag, whether you are doing electrical, electronics, radio frequency, marine or automotive work. Placing a dab in your wire nuts or on many of any number of different types of connections will often save you a lot of trouble down the road. Copper and aluminum wires will oxidize, especially when exposed to humidity. The oxidized metal powders created, green for copper and white for aluminum, are not conductors. So, the resistance of the connections increases over time. A small dab of dielectric gel will prevent this and keep moisture out of your circuit.I received two soft packs, with very secure caps. One went into by drawer as a strategic reserve. Then other in the side pouch of my tool bag. It takes up virtually no room. This stuff goes a long way if used sparingly, as it should be.This is a nice product, and for the quantity and packaging provided it represents an excellent value. I highly recommend it.

This a 2-pack of re-closable plastic film containers of Silicone grease.  These are a welcome aid in vehicle maintenance and irrigation.  This material is commonly purchased in 2 gram non-reclosable packages.  This is sufficient to treat the battery terminals and spark plugs on a large V-8 car.  Ordinarily, the partially used open package ends up crushed at the bottom of the toolbox, creating a huge mess.  A small re-closable container is handy and economical.  This handy material is a tenacious waterproof sealant and lubricant with many uses.  Mechanically connected batteries are vulnerable to corrosion because they are electrically charged and attract chemicals vented from the battery.  Vehicle ignition systems must be sealed against the escape of spark voltage.  Grease applied inside wire-nuts is used in below-ground irrigation setups.  Tapered plug valves like marine seacocks should be disassembled periodically and re-lubricated.  The commutator end bearing of the universal motor in aging O-gauge trains should be lubricated with a tiny amount of silicone to prevent mineral oil from migrating and burning onto the commutator. Highly recommended.

I usually use Permatex as I know it works. I put both the Koorf and the Permatex side by side. The Koof is not as translucent as the Permatex, but overall has the same feel. I applied flame to both and both seemed to have the same melt point. Finally, I used the Koorf on a trailer wiring project and everything seemed to work well.So the bottom line is the value proposition, at the time of writing Koorf and Permatex are commanding the same pricing. For me, I lean towards tired and true, however this is a legit product that works as advertised.
