We have a lot of fruit skin and bits how is this bin for fruit fly resistance?

Mine is no good and i get fruit flies so had to throw away. Reason is lid does not close tight, just rests on top. Shame. I really liked it :(

what size disposable bags for this please?

You can use the standard green food disposable bags, what I do is I remove the lid comes out one pull then take the green inner out and put the disposable bag in making sure you put it all inside the outer sleeve then replace the lid job done, we wouldn't be without ours.
