All is good
All the stars for me, until I discover otherwise. Have been using for a couple of months and no indication of scratching laminate of the remarkable. I think the theory is that because it's titanium and finished to a very smooth point this makes it hard to scratch however I think if the nib received damage (drop into concrete) where the smoothness of the tip was rough and, then beware of scratching. The standard remarkable tips change shape quite easily even within a day meaning I was having to change pen input (ballpoint, marker, pencil etc) to counter the wear of the tip, with these, there is no change of shape and I'm having a much more consistent and accurate writing and drawing experience without having to worry about wear and tear. I'm not sure what the overlay sheet thing is that it recommends you use, but I haven't used one and all is currently fine. I suspect that sheet is a way for the manufacturer to protect themselves from accusations of damage to the actual remarkable laminate, of which there seems to be none. Super happy with this purchase it's made all the difference.

Great Tips. Would definitely recommend
I have gone through many tips for my remarkable 2 pen since owning it. They really are pleasant to use. They make the pad feel like I’m using paper. The only downside is how quickly they ware down. These tips come very close to the original feeling but with the added benefit of not having to change the tip anywhere near as often. I have had mine in for about 5 months now and it’s nowhere near needing a change. I would have changed the original tip at least 3-4 times. They don’t give the same paper feeling as the originals but the cost saving is more than enough to make up for that. At least it is to me.

Happy with the tip but a word of warning
Been using this tip for more than a year on my Kindle Scribe and I can't see myself switching back to the disposable ones that would last a month at most. However, this will (lightly) scratch your screen if you are not careful and press too hard. It also sometimes confuses the writing recognition and starts acting weird but I can't say for sure the tip is the cause.

It’s a good fix for broken remarkable to pens
Works - apparently they do damage your remarkable screen presence very the long term but I guess if you’re gentle you’ll be ok until you give up using it. I bought this as a fix versus a new pen given the common defect causing the remarkable pen to break.

Avoid they damage the pen and make it unusable
See below in terms of no longer working. When I went to put in the remarkable tip, it would not fit, this tip had damaged the internal springs and only this tip would then fit, I had to buy a brand new pen which cost me over £100 avois this product. I loved these tips. They feel just like writing with a pen, don't damage the screen, and it meant I was not going through the pen tips like mad. However, Remarkable must have realised that people were switching to these so as not to purchase their more expensive, short-lived ones. However, I tried to use it today (whilst at the office, so no access to the remarkable nips that are at home), and it no longer registers on the screen (must have been updated since I last used them). So disappointing that remarkable has done this :(

Game changers for me
I press quite heavily when I write, so went through several of the starter nibs that came with my Remarkable2 far too quickly. Switching to these ones have made such a difference. Yes, the texture feels a little different but it didn't take long to adapt and they fit really well. My screen has remained unscratched and undamaged and I'm happy with the performance. I think this pack will last me for a long, long time, so good value for money.

I was pleasently suprised!
The official remarkable nibs are great but they are hard to get hold off in the UK, do wear out quicker than expected (in my experience) and aren't cheap. They do however have a great feel. These nibs are likely to last forever, and despite not being 100% the same feel as the official nibs they still feel good. Would reccomend as a good alternative if you are looking for a long term nib.

Good quality, but not suitable for use
I think the quality is great, doesn’t scratch the screen, but I’m returning it. I’m using remarkable 2 with marker plus. While the original tip is wobbly, but it is much more obvious with the metal tip. I feel I’m using a very low quality ball pen or gel pen because of the wobble. Also I feel I need to keep pushing when I insert it, when the original tip I can feel a click, this one I can’t. I’m a bit worried I’d damage the pen if I push too hard. It’s perhaps not very well fixed inside the pen, I can take this nib out with my nails (can’t do so with the original nib), which doesn’t feel right. The pressure sensitivity lost a lot with this nib. And I don’t dare to press hard with this on the screen.

Perfect, does not scratch up my screen at all but I also don’t push very hard when I write. I would caution against drawing long. Straight lines as that’s when I notice it could scratch the glass. Otherwise feels great to write with!

Love the feeling of this on the tablet. I was going through a soft tip a week. I’ve been using this for a month and see no signs of wear.

The good: don't need to change the tip ever again. I tend to forget where I put the tips when I need them. The not so good: the original tips still feel most paper/pencil-like. With the solid tip this product feels a bit slippery. Still good though and only noticeable when I switch between pen, one with original tip and another with this titanium tip.
