These pads should not be used in place of a female tampon or menstrual cycles.

Don't believe this would be suitable as an adult dyper, but would probably help line and limit issues if caught short. Mainly number 1 but I guess if these are all you had and you had to go out but might get caught short they would line underwear and hopefully assist until you got home I am talking shart level not poonamie hope that helps.
