Amazing and Easy!
This product does an absolutely amazing job at sealing concrete. Our driveway is aging, but after a proper power washing and applying this, it looks new again. Application is straightforward and easy. The directions are clear and when applied correctly, the concrete is basically waterproof. We are in a heavily wooded area so we get tons of sticks, twigs, leaves and other natural debris that degrades into the small pieces inviting other growth on the drive constantly. Naturally, it adheres to the concrete and darkens it over time. With this, the stuff washes off with a hose and the water runs off of it. We couldn't be happier with this product! We've tried 3 other products over the decades we've lived here, but this is the one that works!

Work great
This stuff works great on pavers. Using a pump sprayer it is fairly easy to apply. I applied it to my pavers about 6 months ago. I could immediately notice water beading up after application and haven't noticed any change in color to my pavers. If the protection lasts for several years I will be really happy.

Seals without changing look of the stone.
Excellent sealant! Absorbs well, easy to apply, looks awesome. This project is part of oudoor summer kitchen using multiple types of natural bluestone, pavers and cement wall blocks. This sealer worked on all areas and you would not know it was there. Very low smell. Sprays well with hand pump, easy cleanup.

Easy to apply and works as advertised
I have a 20 year old house with a long, steep driveway. Unfortunately previous owners used chemical de-icers on the concrete which resulted in a fair amount of spalling (aka scaling). I received a credit to replace the driveway but I wanted to put that off for a few years but I also wanted to slow the process down so I did some research and found that this type of sealer was by far the best and lasted the longest. My home inspector suggested a commercially available sealer that you can find at any big box home improvement store but the reviews on it, and others like it, weren't encouraging (he suggested Thompson's).I got a five gallon container which proved to be just enough to coat my driveway down to the street. I mixed it up a bit by rolling it and turning it upside down in case any of the ingredients separated during storage. I really liked that the container includes a pull out pouring spout; it was a dripless experience.I used a common two gallon pump sprayer that I use for gardening work. The sealer is white but goes on clear. The consistency is much like water so it was dispersed by my sprayer without any problem. Applying it couldn't have been easier and I was able to lay down all five gallons in about 30-40 minutes. Before using this sealer I tested a section of the driveway by pouring a cup of water on the surface. Virtually all of the water was absorbed by the concrete. I had some runoff but I think it was just because I was pouring faster than the concrete could absorb it. A day after I applied the sealer I repeated the test on the same spot and didn't have any absorption. I was surprised and repeated the test a few more times in other areas and got the same results. Will it still do that seven to ten years from now? I have no idea but I have no doubt that it will significantly slow down the spalling that I'm seeing in my driveway because the water can't penetrate, then freeze, then thaw the concrete and cause it to break apart.I need to point out that for the most part you'd never know that I put a sealer on the driveway. However, I do have some dark spots. These are mostly along the contraction/control joints. It looks OK but it is noticeable.

Excellent penetrating sealant
Easy to apply. I used a 18" thick fuzz roller for application and a large rectangular bucket for the liquid. Clean up with soap and water. Wear gloves during application. Liquid is translucent white and then clear on the concrete. Not very thick, easy to spread. I probably spread more on in one coat using a roller than if used a sprayer. Did 2nd coat on stamped concrete areas but it needed very little.Ever so slightly more shiny after it dries than the concrete had been, even though it says matte finish, but really just looks "finished" and new looking. And the concrete needed to be sealed so was worn out.Applied it onto colored stamped concrete pool patio, walkways, terraces, and staircases; and on pebbled concrete sidewalks - all in Indiana. Did well after a year, supposed to last many years. Dripping after swimming in the pool also revealed a sealed surface but is never slippery to walk barefoot on.Made pressure washing easier this year, less dirt accumulated.Used on an outdoor porch floor made of pinkish beige concrete pavers in Florida and a regular gray concrete sidewalk. Plan to do the whole concrete driveway next winter.Rain pools in small droplets once the sealant dries.Like that it is not a surface sealant, rather penetrating, and the type of chemicals used by federal DOT on highways.Have bought more than 4 large containers (5 gallons each) in the past year or so. Pleased with the results. Price point better than similar chemicals from other companies.
