I purchase it 7 months before a Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM configuration.Very nice performance, in this price got a powerful PC.Had some issue, got a very effective support over the whatsapp.

Very good product. Really I am excited. Packing is good and service is obvious. After package has been delivered I found a coupon inside for free antivirus software or MS office pro activation and I made a whatsup to the service provider, they immediately activated MS office from trial version to full version. Superb. I highly recommend the product

The product is really good and is working great. Starting up and the speed with which it is working is good. The front usb ports are not compatible which is the only drawback that I found. Other than that, it is lightning fast

I purchase a Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM configuration. Very powerful PC at this price. Will be useful for my office work, browsing and programming without any hiccups.Only drawback is it will not be upgradable to Windows 11 due to the older generation of processor and it lacks TPM (Trusted Platform Module). But anyway with Windows 10 it's working like a charm for this price.

Last year October, my Pc suddenly stopped working.. and I was suggested to buy a new one by the guys whom I called to fix it...Anyone who lives in Delhi knows that the only place u go to buy or Fix ur pc is Nehru Place.. but I was too lazy to go so looked up alternatives online and came across Cyntexia.. the only option with decent feedbacks from customers.. but I was still sceptical that these reviews could be fake .. but after much thought I decided to go ahead with the purchase..And God, I must tell u all that after using it for more than 2 months.. I don't regret my decision..I'm a casual user .. so it's working perfectly.. no issues uptil now.. and hopefully not in future..I bought the i7 model under 15000.. it's works well ...the cabinet Design is way cooler upclose than in the image.It looks Nice and Works well... And it's very lightweight.. u can just move around the whole thing with ur fingers..

The media could not be loaded. I have purchased this cpu before 6 months ago and it's Motherboard and Ram got faulted. This happened twice in last 6 months and when call to Cyntexia customer service team, they sent video tutorial to WhatsApp and told me to repair the same by yourelf. I have tried to repair by watching their video tutorial buy problem not resolved. Now they are saying that I have to dismantle the complete motherboard and send to Gujrat from Haryana by courier. These points not mentioned on Amazon store at the time of purchasing. Totally fraud

The packing was excellent no damage for CPU during delivery it was very safe delivery 🚚.I am completely satisfied with the configuration & Specs.It's been 2 months already since I have received it.Cpu is working fine and excellent. Specs, performance everything is value for the money which we invested 👌RGB lights are excellent on CPU cabinate we have differ modes for the RGB.Those who are looking for a best CPU configuration under 17k with limited gaming and daily activities they can go for this.If you guys have any graphic card you can us it for this CPU like I have ZOTAC 1030 DDR5 2GB graphic card now my system is completely performing excellent 👌.Thank you for cyntexia they have responded very quick before I am ordering they have cleared my doubts 😊.
