These are way too big. I have normal ears and they were not at all secure. The charging box gives at most 1 1/2 charges instead of advertised 2-3. I bought these based on price after comparing with what I assumed were comparable items. Technically they are fine with good quality sound and I probably could have lived with them, but I just didn't find them comfortable. Others seem to have had a good experience.UPDATE: I've added a star because of the company's quick and positive reaction to my original review. They seem genuinely interested in doing the right thing. They've promised to do some testing on their charge box and will modify description be if their test warrants. They've offered to send me a wireless charger for my phone to make up for the inconvenience. Of course, none of this makes them fit any better, but it's good to see a company concerned about customer satisfaction.

I love these headphones! You can use them together or each one individually. The have a good range (maybe 10-12 feet) so that you don't have to hear "device disconnected" when you walk away for just a few minutes. The seem to have a long battery life ~ 6 hours each. I love the magnetic feature which keeps them in place in the carrying/charging case which is a portable charger as well so you can charge one or both headphones without it being plugged up - very convenient. They have good sound quality as well and seem to have noise blocking too. It seems like the microphone is good as well as my callers do not seem to have trouble hearing me. I used them as is out of the package and they fit and stay put in my ear without feeling like they are going to fall out. They do come with multiple options for the fit especially if using them to run, etc. but I haven't tried them out. They have easy connectability but you must connect each one separately to each device if you want to use them individually.

i got these and i was so excited so when they came in i took them out and tried them immediately. They connected fine and worked no problem. brought them into work the next day to use them and they would connect but i heard nothing. they were on and i tried turning them off and on to make sure they worked but nothing. waste of money and i am am super upset.

For the cost this product is satisfactory. The ear pieces don't set securely in my ear so they don't really block out the out side noise. The right ear piece randomly stops working and I have to tap on it to get it working again. Opt for a set that secures the plugs in their case this set really don't travel well and the base is a battery that charges the ear pieces. Also the rubber things that go around the ear piece impeed charging the plug and need to be taken off which is a PITA and the fact that the individual plugs are not marked L or R make them easy to mix up.

reading the positive reviews is what made me go through with this purchase. The headphones are decently looking but they do not fit well in my ears what so ever. During my walks I like to listen to my music but when i use these headphones every step I take the connection will cut out. Very annoying and very disappointing. So I decided okay I'll just use them at home but they would only maybe last for 2 hours on a full charge ? doesn't match the description at all. I'm not sure if I just got a bad set of headphones or this is just how they're making them. So overall I had a bad experience with these headphones and will most likely have them return. 1 STAR

I really like these for listening to meditation and hypnosis audio....however, the left ear bud has developed a low buzzing/static noise. I am still using them, but it is becoming worse and soon I will not be able to ignore it. I don't know if this is a problem for others or the pair I have is defective.Update: I have had these 4 months now and they are no longer working properly. They disconnect on their own from bluetooth and one earbud loses audio. I wouldn't recommend them.

Did their job for almost 18 months then started to die sooner than later. Eventually they don’t even turn on after another month. Loved that I was able to control each ear piece individually. I’d charge one while using the other. Disappointed in the durability but they were inexpensive so...

I f you just have to tryout true wirless go ahead,however it does not stay connected and the range is line of sight for maybe 10 feet,if you have your music device on a table and then try to tie your shoe it's gonna fade out. Battery life will disappoint you as well. One more thing,if you like bass in your music that will be another disappointment. I like the idea ,but I will spend a little more money and get a better set.

I thought the high(ish) ratings were convincing enough so I bought these. It’s not super terrible but I’m a student and buying these made a big enough dent for me to be annoyed. The sound quality isn’t great. One bud sometimes disconnects and reconnects continuously. Battery doesn’t last very long (2hours). And I had trouble connecting it to my phone a couple times. For the most part they’re pretty fair when they’re working properly except for the sound quality but u get used to it after a while and don’t really care. I used them for the gym and they were pretty good when they weren’t cutting off the music. The battery charging station thingy is pretty cool but it needs to constantly be plugged in for the headphones to be charging in them which kinda defeats the purpose of a charging dock (I assumed u charge the dock beforehand then transport it anywhere with ur headphones charging in them). All in all if u have money to gamble on these then buy them and u might get a better functioning pair than me, if not, just don’t.

UPDATE: after hearing back from WOWOGO customer service, they were very understanding about the issue and quickly offered to process a refund for the trouble. Very happy with the outcome, I wish all companies had service this good! Will likely buy again from WOWOGO if an updated model comes out!I received these early yesterday and have used them tons since. They sound really good and connection is easy, but despite fully charging the buds multiple times, one of them keeps dying after about 30 minutes. Also , while listening to music, every couple minutes the sound will cut out completely for 1-2 seconds, which becomes very annoying since it's been doing it since I got them.So overall, was very excited after ordering these but they are almost unusable with the issues.

This was an impulse purchase, I returned it cause they dont sounds better than my regular head phones.Otherwise they are a great budget option for wireless earbuds.If anything improvements could be made. Possibly the sound although it's not a deal breaker. The major thing is the dock. It could be a little more portable, such as a dock case where in order to charge one would have to open the dock and place the buds inside for more security. Ideally of you have to keep them charged the dock should be the most portable and functional piece. Such as full coverage of the buds when charging aswell as the dock to function as a power bank allowing for atleast 3 charges before you need to plug the dock back into the wall. Personally I just didnt like how exposed the buds are and the dock is built like something that would sit on a desk and not like something you can throw around in a bag. If it was a bit more portable it would be a killer item.

I honestly wish the batteries would last a while longer but I love the feel and sound. The Bluetooth range also isn't that great but that's not a huge deal for me. Just need to remember to have the phone in your pocket and not laying around and then walk away. I have a few different brands of wireless earbuds and for the price, they're worth the buy. This is worth the money if you are looking to buy a cheap pair of wireless earbuds. My only concern with these is that the battery life is a bit too short but other than that it’s decent sound are pretty good at staying in your ears while being confortable. Would recommend if looking for a cheap pair of earbuds. Big advantage that they are wireless
