It's a must
It is very handy for cooking chips, mushrooms and many other items, and it is very easy to use, + the instructions are so easy to follow. I would definitely recomend this Hotair Cooker. It's cheap and so easy to use. You should try it.

Noisy, but brilliant
A fantastic machine and great value for money. The quality of both the machine, jugs and various slicers and dicers are superb. Make short work of almost anything, even ice, and as a smoothie maker it's one of the best we've ever used. It is quite noisy when on the highest setting, but would highly recommend.

Cheaply made, cannot even shred an onion consistently!!!
I avoided the cheapest of the cheap food processors, and picked a price point of £50-70 thinking for occasional use, this was a good bracket. Looked at reviews of everything in this range, and this seemed to tick all the boxes; had the attachments I needed, and the few reviews there were were all good. Well it arrived yesterday and I am far from impressed. First impressions: All of the plastic items are flimsy, and I have no doubt if dropped even once, they would crack. the "blades" (Shredding, cutting and chilling) are really thin, pressed sheet steel, of the kind and thickness you get in computer PCB shields, the same sort of metal you can bend with no effort at all! This instantly cast doubt about the quality of the product and the longevity of it. However, I pressed on and gave it a go. What is the easiest thing to make with a food processor? Coleslaw! The challenge was simple, using the shredding blade, shred some onion, carrot and cabbage. Well what a piece of cr*p! If I was to be kind, I would say the results were highly inconsistent. If I am honest, it was absolutely shocking. Set to the fastest speed, I tried the onion first. Seemed to go through it with ease and seconds later it was in the bottom of the bowl. Upon opening the bowl, I could see some of the onion was liquid, some of it was finely chopped, some of it rough, and a good deal of it was in huge chunks, barely touched by the spinning blade at all... I tried the cabbage next, same result. And same with the carrot. How can it produce such inconsistent results? Just appears to be a cheaply made Chinese product with a posh label on it. Returning this as a bad job. My advice? Avoid.

Good product for the price but the packaging is lethal
I chose this product after reading a review in Good Housekeeping, and was disappointed to find that the price had increased significantly since the GH product test only a few months before. However, it is still good value, even at the higher price. The bowl capacity is not quite as big as I would have liked, but it is OK for everyday use. I did notice a slight smell of burning plastic when I first used it, as other reviewers have commented, but I'm hoping that is just because it is new. Please be careful opening the packaging - some of the blades are loose on the OUTSIDE of the polystyrene, so as I pulled the polystyrene from the box, the blade fell out and slashed my finger.

Wot no instructions?
Perfectly adequate processor, however, this was purchased for my elderly father who has never used one of these machines before, this machine comes with instructions to assemble it but none whatsoever to explain its uses in the kitchen.I was able to download a pdf explaining how to use a food processor and its various attachments and some recipes which I printed out for my father.

Bargain and quality
This is an absolute bargain. A high quality food processor that is a decent size. I love it. It's sturdy and has suction cups on the legs to keep it firmly in place and it feels well built. I bought a maslin pan from Andrew James and that's excellent quality too. I'm so happy with their products.

Solid Air?
It's a good value entry-level machine but be very careful!!! If you are expecting a 2L processing bowl you will be extremely disappointed as it's only has 1.4L liquid capacity. Weirdly, it claims to have a "2L air capacity" bowl, and unless you intend to chop air you may wonder if you've made a terrible mistake. If you want larger quantities you'll have to process them in two batches. It's a good little machine though, with the emphasis on little.I bought it a week ago and complained and they offered to take if back and refund the money, but it's a big hassle re-packing and taking it to a collection point (all down to my time) and the larger machine was out of stock. I asked if they would remove the 2L description and they said they would - a week later I notice it's still there...hence my 2 star review.

very inexpensive for what is a very efficient machine
I regretted that there was no instruction booklet. That information had to be downloaded from internet. However, I use it for general cake making etc and it did what I needed efficiently. It is quite noisy!
