Assembly wasn't massive trouble, a few head scratching moments. Sturdiness is ok. I have a pretty heavy TV on it. It will show a bit of wobble when moving it around fully laden though, I'd move it by holding it low down if it has heavy things on it in case something comes apart.For me it's made optimum use of my space thanks to the various shelves involved.The keyboard tray is a generous depth, which I love. Too many desks have a tiny little tray that can barely bit a modern PC keyboard. Space is a premium in my room so being able to put things behind the keyboard is handy.There are various wire cable tray organisers you can get on Amazon, I got one called "Wire Tray Cable Organizer II by SimpleCord", drilled two holes through the rear horizontal piece behind the keyboard tray and used nuts and bolts to attach it, this helps hide your cables.

Where to start - The box it was delivered in was damaged and desk does have a small indentation on it but it is underneath at the back where it does not matter. The desk is MDF with a thin Oak finish which is light in colour and patterned so it looks aged or damaged but it isn't - see photo. The castors are flimsy and just over 1 inch in height and would be ok on a hard smooth floor but not on carpet. I changed the castors to 2 inch heavy duty ones and the difference is incredible. Additional bonus with changing the castors is that all of the power bricks and leads can now hide under the desk so it looks a lot neater and tidy.Update - I bought a second one (and a new set of castors) for one of the bedrooms.

Looks just like the picture. Extra dowel and screw in the package, but thankfully no missing parts to compensate. It took me a leisurely 40 minutes to complete and it's happy with a Canon all-in-one on the middle shelf and paper / label supplies on the bottom shelf. 28 inch monitor on top, room for mouse mat, speakers Line 6 USB guitar interface, headphones, Thrustmaster HOTAS. Oculus Rift on bottom shelf.Keyboard shelf works fine, but is only just wide enough for the keyboard.My only gripe is that the computer shelf is too narrow for my ATX desktop (NZXT H440). Now I'm looking for something just the right size to prop it up on the right. I may have to put it on the floor.But it's a decent piece of furniture and looks made for the job.

This is the first time I have ever given a review on a product I purchased through amazon. It is very disappointing that this product fell below expectation considering the quality of the product. the reason are the Holes are either misaligned or are not drilled properly making it very difficult to assemble. I read the reviews and ask questions to which answer were given and thinking this would be an ideal product to assemble.Upon receiving the package I made sure every item was accounted for and discovered that there was one screw missing (the 20 x 3.6 screws) which is needed for either the castors and keyboard section. The holes for the castors on the wood were not drilled properly and as a result it was extremely difficult to use a manual screwdriver as the screws could not go all the way into the wood which lead to the screw heads getting blunt . You probably need an electric screwdriver for this but I does not state this on the manual. It was even harder trying to get the screw out resulting in blisters in palm of my hand and it damaged part of the wood.The final straw was when the holes in the bracket for the keyboard section did not match the holes in the board. They were out by 1 cm and you cannot drill a hole without going over the existing one which would ruin board. Wasted a whole afternoon on a product that cannot be completed due misaligned holes. This product may good and has a quality look about it. But sadly assembling it proved very difficult and very frustrating.I have order it to be returned and to ask for a full refundI would be careful about buying this product.

For my home office

The quality of the build is excellent but there are issues. packaging was inadequate and there were several tears on one side of the packaging that corresponded with dents in one of the desk pieces. Fortunately it was on the underside of the bottom so in this instance I decided not to return it for a replacement.Secondly the instructions are pretty dire so be prepared to assemble then disassemble so that all bits are the right way round.Thirdly the dowel plugs must be placed in the vertical ends first and hammered home because if they are too long they will distort or even break through the top plate which almost happened to me.Lastly the shelf on the right hand side for the PC is only 200mm which is very narrow so make sure your PC case is not larger than this.

Packed really well - so a bit surprised very slight damage to bottom of side panel ( but going into a corner so won't be seen at all). Solid pieces of wood and a lovely colour. Instructions are very very easy to understand and contents were all there except for one of the tiny screws which you need to fit the base parts for the castors but had one handy so no problem. It gives you all the preparation instructions on all the parts individually and is then so easy to put together. I really liked the amount of spacings they give you for the shelf (hate where you can only have the shelf in a fixed place). When completed it was a really nice looking piece of furniture, very solid and really had lots of space for all the computer kit. Really pleased for the price could not have asked for better.
