Why does the mouse just go in circles

They are not that brilliant as they work on a vibration system which moves the plastic pegs underneath. The toy really only works on hard floors as it's gets caught up in any form of carpet. Check the pegs carefully as they could be bound up with fluff and fibres. Both sides should vibrate but if one side is bunged up the mouse will go in circles just like if you row a boat with one oar. If it is clean but not vibrating equally then something internally could be broken.Hope that helps.Rob

How do you make the mouse run.

There’s a button underneath and you press it and it runs and stops, runs and stops, runs and stops. I think this repeats like 4/5 times. It’s quite annoying because you have to keep pressing the button every few seconds. Unless I got a faulty one without realising…
