Didn't connect - don't waste your time
After being on the phone with T-Mobile for a half hour, I give up. They tried everything to make this work. It's going back and I'm going to look for a different one.

Poor Quality Product
First of all, this product can’t be used on AT&T despite the product description saying it’s unlocked. Second, there isn’t even a place to charge it and if there is, the instructions don’t tell you where it is. No diagram or explanation of the various pieces. We tried emailing the support personnel listed on the packaging but we weren’t contacted back. Third, the corresponding apps are sketchy.We will be returning this product ASAP.
