I bought this headset Aug 11, 2023, and left a critical review because I did not think I could ever reach the seller. I now believe I just happened to get that one unit which had a manufacturing issue that slipped by because there's no way anyone could have spotted an internal defect. Up until this purchase, I'd always bought my headset from Plantronics. It's a brand I've purchased many times for work and at home. But the Heibas headset, they say, has a battery that will operate 72 hours, (or 3 days), and that's no exaggeration! The plantronics unit has a battery that will run for maybe 8 hours unless you're making a lot of calls and then it's more like six hours. But this one, I put it on and literally forget it's on at times. It's very comfortable. I've even put on a movie or two at bedtime & the next morning it will still be at 80%... or more! The sound quality for listening is excellent as is the mic for speaking - I use it for business and have not had one complaint. I frequently had mic issues with Plantronics - "You sound like your in a tunnel" was one I got ALL-THE-TIME with the Plantronics. But not with the Heibas. Plus, it was super easy to pair as my Samsung Android picked it up immediately; all I had to do was turn on the phone. And, the best part, first time I bought the Heibas I had a very bad experience with it. I said how disappointed I was in my review, that I'd never be able to reach the seller and even if I did, it was still six months down the road from the date I bought it. Well, this seller reads these reviews. They reached out to me via email and we quickly agreed on a resolution. I have to say that I was VERY impressed by their noticeably determined eagerness to address the matter. They truly want to make certain that every single customer is happy with their purchase and even more so when there is a problem. In closing, this is one of if not the best headset's I've ever purchased, either here on Amazon or elsewhere. The quality of this unit is exceeded only by their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this headset, and at this price point you cannot go wrong.. It may not have ALL the features of a Plantronics headset, but the sound quality and battery life, (and ease of pairing), is Far Superior than a $97 dollar Plantronics.

This headset is the best I've ever had. I've tried so many and they break up when you're driving or the other person just can't hear you but so far no one can even tell I'm on it. Great clarity. My friend in another state has had hers 2 years and recommended it I couldn't believe she was even on one. She was right I would love it. I got the pink one which is really cute. I put it on yesterday and forgot I had it on it's so comfortable it's not snug but yet it doesn't fall off and it fits in the ear perfect. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Works well. Doesn't hurt my ear after long usage with Discord for gaming. I like that it came with different-sized covers for the ear. It also holds its charge very well. Sound Quality is ok, Overall would buy again if I need to.

My honest review of this product as someone who has purchased this exact headset for the last 3 years. In short I recommend it, for the price you'll not find a better headset for calls in busy or noisy areas. The build quality is great, ive only had one of my headsets ear rings fail on me and that device was worn near daily and over a year of use in dirt and in all elements of weather. 10/10 product Phone calls: If you work in an area with high levels of noise this thing is amazing. I operate heavy equipment on a strip mine and I can talk to whoever on the phone with zero issues of them hearing me. It does have some audio feedback on their end but it does well to filter your voice through it all. I dont have to yell or raise my voice to talk to anyone on this device and the audio quality on my end is perfect often not needing to turn up the volume more than half way to hear them standing beside the equipment. Music and media: its not the best for it as its only in one ear but the quality is surprisingly well despite that. I do have another pair of headphones for music, i will admit, but if that headset dies this is a great replacement through the rest of the shift.

Worked great but suddenly stopped working a year and half after getting it.

Comfortable earpiece in compact case. Buttons are distinct and easy to find while in use. First attempted use found the freshly-charged battery too weak to connect to phone: after charging and testing the first time, headset was placed in the case and added to pc bag. Apparently the large power button was toggled on in the process, so the waiting function proceeded to drain the battery before the headset was retrieved, days later. Wish there was an Auto-Off after x hours, or when placed in the case ...

スマホを買い替えて、イヤホンジャックがなかったため購入しました。 良かった点:安い。ペアリング簡単。使い方が簡単。収納する時にケースがあるため裸で持ち運ぶよりも壊れ難い。音は値段にしては良いと思います。マイクも普通に使えます。 悪かった点:強いて挙げるなら、ケースの外からも電池残量がわかるならば良かったと思います。 総評:コスパ良く、使える商品だと感じました。

Plug it in, charge it up, and thats about as complicated it is.. very clear upto around 20m.. its great value for a bluetooth headset and performs as well as the more expensive.
