Have bought them again, they are ok for wearing on work site, walk miles every day and plenty room for them ontop my cotton ones when snow days come.Very affordable and got 6 months out of them....Only downside they do end up with builders hole in the toe but have tried many work socks, would be good if they could reenforce the nail area of the sock.

The item arrived on time . The socks were not quite as thick as I thought they would be but they seem ok.Will probably last a few months.

These are great quality socks for the price. I was impressed enough to buy them for all of our company, as our staff work on the railway and wear safety boots all day. The feedback from all of them was universally very positive - comfy, warm but not at all sweaty.I received socks which looked exactly like the packs and design shown in the picture. The first time I wore them with some dress boots, my soles were a little sore at the end of the day, as the socks obviously were tighter in my boots at first. However, after they were "broken in" on second wearing after coming out of the wash they were great. They are not too thick, but certainly thicker. For example, a pair of dress shoes that hurt my feet by being too uncomfortable and a little big, I can now wear no problem which is a huge plus. These are also ideal for breaking in new boots without your toes, heels or sides of feet being chaffed. The reinforcement protects your skin from wear, and also stops your feet being pinched. I would recommend these for wearing with uncomfortable shoes as well as boots, although they may be too large for some shoes.They also wash well, very little loose fluff if any coming off them. Really good investment

First two purchasers were 5 star for the money but the third order was cr*p too small not stitched properly at all so 3 stars now for me.

Great socks warm and seem strong only time will tell how durable though.. I bought them on 3 different occasions as I love em 👍

As someone who has to buy new socks for her husband at least once a month I was thrilled to find these socks. I bought some for him in December and the first pair is just starting to go through on the toe 7 months later! He wears steel toe cap boots for most of the day in his job and I have tried lots of different "work socks" even big name ones but none of them have lasted. The cap of his boots always seems to rub away the toe area on the socks and some even go through on the heel area. It is an endless battle to find new ones thick enough and comfortable enough to wear that aren't ridiculously priced. I have just ordered a second lot of these and would recommend them to anyone who has similar problems with the toe area of their socks. They actually are what they claim to be "hard wearing work socks"

Socks exactly as advertised. When I read the review that said they were different I had doubts about buying them, but they were just as pictured.I'm a woman size 7 and they are a comfortable fit, but wouldn't want them any bigger.At last a pair of socks that do not wear out straight away when worn with a steel toecap boot!Might be too warm on a hot day. Fit very snug around ankle - some might find them too tight.On experience with them so far, I will definitely purchase them again.Arrived promptly, within days of order.
